We really recommend staying in Riad's / Dar's (local accomodation) rather than standard hotels. Riad's often in the best spots and haver great character. So much diversity across Morocco from beach resorts, to the desert and the mountains.
Our tour was personalised with extra locations and nights and the process went really smoothly. We'd use the Voyagiste Maroc team again.

The perfect combination of getting taken care of and guided through and being able to do our own little adventures. We feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to see so much of Morocco in such a brief period of time.
Every experience was different, we got a taste of everything. Before we’d left for our trip, everyone was asking us why we would choose to travel Morocco as our first country to explore. After coming back I’d say you’d be a fool to miss out on such a phenomenal experience in such an incredible country.
In particular, our driver (Mokhtar) was incredible. He guided us through everything outstandingly, covered for us when needed (even with payment), was a kind, generous man that we looked forward to seeing every morning. He was wonderful and we feel so blessed to have been taken care of so diligently.

Over 10 days and approximately 2,000 kilometers, we immersed ourselves in Moroccan history, culture, and the country’s stunningly diverse landscapes.
In Fez, we met Idriss, our walking tour guide, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also seemed to know every second person in the Medina! The food tour in Marrakech with Mustapha was another highlight—an excellent and flavorful insight into Moroccan cuisine.
We were especially fortunate to have Mokhtar as our driver. From our arrival at the airport to our departure, he was attentive, professional, and a pleasure to travel with throughout the journey.
The accommodations were authentic and conveniently located, often within walking distance of the Medina. One standout moment was our stay in the Gorges du Dades, where we enjoyed a superbly presented six-course dinner—truly a highlight of the trip!
In summary, while the tour covers a lot of ground and includes some long days on the road, it’s a fantastic way to get a comprehensive overview of Morocco. If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring this vibrant country, this is the group to do it with.

Accommodation was fine, but one RIAD was way below the category in route description. It was changed following day upon the complaint which we appreciated.

The landscapes changed dramatically across the country. Although my driver didn’t speak much English, I felt completely safe and appreciated the chance to simply be present and take in the stunning scenery. There were plenty of rest stops and delicious food along the way and at the Riads. Traveling this way allowed me to slow down and enjoy the journey. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an authentic and unforgettable adventure.

A special shout out to our driver Mohktar, who let us adjust things as we wished, to Amal, a truly wonderful tour guide in Fes, and the entire staff at Riad Kesh Mara in Marrakech, who treated us like family. If you want a tour that exposes you to all aspects of Morocco in a relatively short time, this will be perfect for you.

We chose this tour for two reasons: the trip went to Essaouira and Erg Chegaga, and both did not disappoint. We also chose to spend 2 nights in Essaouira, and that was very worthwhile. You should be a…We chose this tour for two reasons: the trip went to Essaouira and Erg Chegaga, and both did not disappoint. We also chose to spend 2 nights in Essaouira, and that was very worthwhile. You should be aware that the days are long and tiring, you spend a lot of time in the (comfortable) four-wheel drive, but the view is constantly changing, especially in the mountains, so it's bearable. You should also be aware that the majority of the hotels and Riads are dry, no alcohol available. So if you like a glass of wine with dinner, or need a beer after a long day, you have to plan ahead and stock up at a Carrefour supermarket before you head out. The hotels and riads were comfortable and friendly, without being luxurious, and that was fine for us. We asked to upgrade to ocean-front in Essaouira, and paid extra for that, but it was worth it. All in all it was a great trip, the Manager was always available if required and the desert visits were a highlight. Things to mention:- make sure your driver speaks English, and try and spend more time in Chefchaouen, we arrived at 6pm and left at 10am next morning, not enough time. We would recommend the tour and the tour operators 100%.

The included dinner which …An excellent tour with Driver Mokhtar. We covered a lot of ground in a giant loop around Morocco. The tour was well paced and all the Riad accommodations were wonderful. The included dinner which made for an easy evening at the end of a long day. The desert camp experience was unforgettable, with songs and drumming and dancing by the fire under the beautiful desert stars. The following morning sunrise camel ride was also a dream come true. I had a private guide in Fes and Marrakech which was great for navigating the medinas. I learned a lot and was always able to stop for photos. We did make the obligatory stops at a tannery, caroet shops, argan oil cooperative, and many other businesses along the way but I didn’t really mind and picked uo a lot of great gifts that Mokhtar helped me lug around. I never felt unsafe and the driving was peaceful and relaxed and there was the right mix of information as well as quiet time. I even got a wonderful impromptu couscous cooking class in the Riad in Marrakech! All in all a huge adventure, well planned by the agency. Highly recommended!!

Our Morocco trip was perfectly organized, and every destination we visited was absolutely marvellous. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and all the activities throughout the journey. The route we followed was ideal - truly a wonderful road trip through northern Morocco 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦.
Moktar is an outstanding chauffeur 🚙🚙🚙 and guide. He handled every part of the journey with professionalism and care, and we always felt completely safe with him. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortably settled at each destinations before taking any rest himself. He was extremely cautious on the road, which is needed as we travelled exclusively by road of over 2000km throughout the entire trip. We deeply appreciate his dedication, explanation, warm hospitality and patience 🫶🫶🫶🤝🤝🤝🙏🙏🙏🙂🙂🙂.
Elhoussine is incredibly responsive and efficient. Throughout the entire booking process, he replied with such lightning ⚡️⚡️⚡️ speed that I genuinely began to suspect 🤨🤨🤨 his company was using AI to handle all Q&A - his responses were just too fast and accurate to seem real! It wasn’t until we finally spoke on the phone that I realized I had been too judgmental. To my great delight, Elhoussine personally appeared at our riad on the day of our Marrakech city tour. Energetic and knowledgeable, he’s a truly impressive young gentleman, and I was thrilled to meet him in person 😁😁😁.

The desert was an amazing experience, Idris our tour guide in in Fes was fantastic, he did a great job showing us round.
Chefchaouen was absolutely beautiful.
The whole culture experience was amazing.
Our driver was very good, not the best English always but he told us what we needed to know.
We also did the food tour in Marrakech, that was fantastic, Mustafa the chef was fantastic telling us about the different local foods, tried some very good different items.
