About me:Being part of the Busabout Crew in Croatia is fantastic! My office is the Adriatic or in a gorgeous national park alongside breathtaking waterfalls. I love introducing people to this stunning country and getting to know my passengers. Enabling travellers to get the most out of their trips, sharing cultures and meeting passengers from all sides of the globe comes naturally after a 2 and a half years leading tours in London.

I booked through Tourradar and only discovered it was operated by Busabout when I boarded the boat. My details were provided to you when I booked. I think at this point I should’ve been informed that …I booked through Tourradar and only discovered it was operated by Busabout when I boarded the boat. My details were provided to you when I booked. I think at this point I should’ve been informed that the tour I was booking was a party boat for 20 years old drunk kids. Had I been informed of this I would have never proceeded with the booking. I believe Touradar has a duty of care to alert and inform unsuspecting passengers of the type of tour they are booking and that an alert should’ve gone up when I provided my details and you would’ve seen I was 52 years of age. I questioned my guide on this and she informed me that Busabout were informed that this tour had an older passenger so I’m wondering why I wasn’t informed? This was a terrible error on your behalf and I will be investigating further options when I return to Australia. What I thought would be the trip of a lifetime was in fact a week in hell.
