I found some flaws in the advertisement and accommodation used during this tour. The promo video for the tour included things that we did not get the opportunity to experience and the written itinerar…I found some flaws in the advertisement and accommodation used during this tour. The promo video for the tour included things that we did not get the opportunity to experience and the written itinerary was very misleading.
Despite all of this, Nick Jones made every effort to make this the best experience for all of us passengers. He really made the effort to plan our days in each city in the best way possible so we could get the best out of it. Nick was very personable and a joy to spend two weeks with. Nick put so much thought into giving us plenty ideas and also let us have the final say on every plan we made. I would love to have Nick as my guide if I were to ever do another tour with busabout again!

Nick was excellent. Great guy, friendly, funny, chatty. Able to talk with ease to everyone. I only had a few stops on the bus but he was the best guide.

The low accommodation rating is purely for the Nice recommended hostel only. All other hostels were fantastic.

Excellent guide. So funny and knowledgeable. If all guides could be like Nick i would consider paying double. Actually, i wouldnt because Im cheap, but Nick is an absolute asset to Busabout.

The service he provides goes far beyond expectations. He is truly caring, extremely professional yet hilarious, and goes out of his way to assure his passengers are safe and satisfied. I have experienced this firsthand when we came across some troubles with certain hostels, and even when we go out to dinner. I cannot express enough gratitude for travelling with Nick Jones, he is an amazing asset to the busabout team. Thank you

Showed us the inn spots for authentic food and drinks. Especially want to show our gratitude towards Nick for his help when 6 of us girls felt unsafe in a hostel in Krakow. He personally talked to reception on multiple occasions even in an early hour of the morning to make sure we felt safe. This is not in his job description and I am extremely grateful that we had someone like this to help us throughout the situation.

They all had completely different personalities…I would just like to say a huge thank you to nick Tahlia and Georgia for being incredible guides! They all were exceptional and extremely informative. They all had completely different personalities but were able to adapt to there all there customers. I would 100% recommend busabout. Only thing I would suggest is providing an optional travel pack with blankets for the bus reusable bpa free bottles and metal straws (save the turtles)

He spoke in a way that could capture everyone on the bus. His enthusiasm and drive for what he does radiates to everyone, he makes everyone so excited and energised for the 8 hour bus ride ahead. We have spent about 2 trips with nick and we love having him as our guide he made everything so easy for us first time travellers and I feel he is a huge asset to your team. Great job !

It’s very refreshing when a tour guide genuinely enjoys their job and even better when you feel like they are a friend and not a guide.

Nick is an absolute legend, through and through. From when I arrived at the hostel in Kraków to our night in Budapest, Nick went above and beyond to help us all. Nick even arranged to meet up with us all in the evening where we tried some traditional Hungarian food and explored a ruin bar. Nick's spiels on the coach were very informative and entertaining and he made the overall experience fantastic! I would highly recommend Nick as a guide and am excited for the passengers in the future who get to travel with a legend like him! Thanks Nick for being so good at what you do - 10/10!
