She has helped me plan sectors of my trip that I was unsure about and book add ons. Overall she is such a lovely person with an infectious love for travel and is great to be around. She also emailed me recommendations for my next stop which were very helpful.

Her recommendations of places to eat or drink at and sites to see were incredibly helpful and her information about the cities we visited gave us a great insight into the history of each city. We talked about the Busabout Crew process when in Milan and she inspired me to finally get my british passport and apply to be a guide myself! I had been considering it for some time but she looked so unbelievably happy and full of life and thats what i want for myself too! Will definitely get the process going when i finish my travels. She was a wealth of knowledge about our destinations and Spain & Portugal, generally, shared great tips on places to eat or grab a drink and …Best part of our Busabout tour was our guide, Emily Daly! She was a wealth of knowledge about our destinations and Spain & Portugal, generally, shared great tips on places to eat or grab a drink and things to do & was always upbeat, cheerful, affable & vivacious!
The worst part of the tour was the inconsistent quality of the accommodations! Too many of the hostels we were put up in were difficult to get to from the bus drop-offs, especially with rolling luggage, and too many lacked elevators, a/c & adequate shower facilities.
Lastly, while it obviously impacts the tour cost, the overnight stays in Sevilla & Valencia & the two-hour stops in Avila & Salamanca were too short to really appreciate & enjoy them. Only the two-hour stop in Ronda was sufficient to appreciate and enjoy its beauty.
