I loved my trip to Iceland. Our tour manager Rob was amazing and really worked hard to help us see as much as possible on the tour especially when the weather wasn’t the best. Our tour manager Rob was amazing and really worked hard to help us see as much as possible on the tour especially when the weather wasn’t the best. I met some great people from around the world that I’m still in contact with and I had the best birthday ever during the trip!

Rob is the best trip manager I could have had. Every worry, insecurity, question, stupid comment that I had to make, he was there to assure me that I wasn’t alone and that he had my back the entire t…Rob is the best trip manager I could have had. Every worry, insecurity, question, stupid comment that I had to make, he was there to assure me that I wasn’t alone and that he had my back the entire time. He didn’t make me feel like he was being my babysitter but rather someone who was there to ensure that I had the best time possible while also being safe and making it back home. The day before I left for the trip I sent him an email saying that I didn’t feel good and I was thinking about canceling. I was terrified of traveling alone and rather than telling me to just show up and make the best of it or worse, telling me to go home, he thoroughly explained that he would do everything he could to assist me. He didn’t put any pressure on making me go, and when I finally did meet him in person he really made me feel like he cared about my experience and my safety. Honestly, him and Luis are the prime example of what a tour driver and manager should be.
Even when the group got kind of rowdy at times and another person might’ve lost their cool, Rob always made us feel like he knew exactly what he was doing and had complete control of every situation. I’m so glad I went on this tour but I’m even more grateful that I had such great leadership. Because without them, I would’ve either left early or had the worst time in my life but instead I had a life-changing Experience that I will forever cherish.
