About me:Jambo, Namaste, Hola, Salut, Salaam, Nǐ hǎo, Privet, Hello! My name is James, and I’m a tourleader working for overlanding trips around the world. I have been a tourleader for the past 3 years with Dragoman, and I am having the best time of my life. It is a rewarding job as I have had the privilege to meet amazing people from all walks of life and corners of the world. To provide an unforgettable experience during your holiday, your adventure or exploration time is my job, and I take this very seriously. Along with ensuring the smooth running of excursion, safety is of the upmost importance to me. Our truck is not just a way for me to get you from point A to point B, some days it is the centre of everything we do and I always do my best to make sure everyone is having the best time they possibly can. One of my favourite trips was when we went to Buenos Aires in 2016. I loved this place so much, not only because our group had bonded so well, but the fantastic atmosphere of the rich culture in Argentina – I have never seen so many people take to the streets to dance at once! Traveling is my passion and I have been up for adventure for most of my adult life. I am always looking to expand my horizons, especially regarding culture and traveling. If you catch me on my break, you will most likely find me reading a book on a new place I am eager to explore. This is also part of my initiative to make sure you are getting the most out of your time traveling. I believe the best way to unify a group is through humour and crackin’ games. I’m able to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks all at once. This flexibility helps me lead a tour, where there are many different personality styles and expectation to take care of all at the same time. I am more than willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a client, providing the best experience of the country we are visiting together.
