The itinerary was great; there was a good balance between guided tours and free time. In addition, there were many optional excursions that you could add on if you wanted. The boat trip in Paros was included and one of our favourite days. Finally, our guide Micky was awesome! She was knowledgable about the area and always provided good suggestions about things to do and places to eat. Furthermore, she was approachable and fun to chat with. Great trip all around. We would do this again in a heartbeat and recommend it to our friends.

We had a fabulous time getting to know Greece! *important* Busabout should've clearly indicated that if we booked alternate accomodations, we would not be able to get on transfers. I purposely booked close by so we could walk or bus over. Also, the extra costs for excursions could be outlined a bit better well ahead of time. Budget for an extra 500 euros (at least). Greek time is really a thing...it was late and the weather made it rough. But overall, I would highly recommend this trip!

mikky was an amazing tour guide, did everything she could to make sure everyone was enjoying their trip. Always got everybody involved which made the trip much more enjoyable, got the quiet groups involved in everything!

I think michaela did a really good job guiding the tour and she did an amazing job looking out for everyone and ensuring we all had a great time . However it was really disappointing to see that some additional costs like the oia sunset was not better organised from busabout. For the price of 38 euro i think its safe to expect more that a 2 euro souvlaki and a public floor to sit on. I have been on similar tours before and paid less for dinner and a private viewing terrace. Bus transport wasn't available evernight, especially considering how far out some hotels were (Santorini) from town. we were paying 50 euro a day in taxi' s to get around. It's small things like this that can make you feel your being ripped off.

From the location of all the accommodation and the meals that were included, to the islands we visited and the optional activities that were arranged. Our Guide Micky was next level brilliant she made sure that everyone was safe, comfortable and having the time of their lives. Even when we were hot, tired and suffering from lack of sleep, Micky always delivered the facts about our location in a way that always captured our attention and the promise of a walk to get a gelato always got us through. We started the tour as strangers and finished as a family. This is also a credit to Micky, 11 days isn’t a huge about of time but because of her inclusive attitude, it felt like everyone bonded straight away. I will definitely be using bus about for my future travels. Thanks

When we went on the pub crawl me and my friend left to get food and got lost micky knew the places off the back of her hand and came and got us straight away.

For my first tour group overseas Mickey made everything a breeze! Can’t wait for my next adventure! Also, if you get the chance challenge her to tubing in Ios, you won’t be disappointed

Transportation was minimal. We paid 10 euros for a transfer and only got it one way and had to take the bus back which was 1.80. Majority of the time we were instructed to take the public bus.
There was a discrepancy in the itinerary. It said for Santorini we got a coach guided tour of the city, winery and volcano. We did not receive that we were told the day before that this is not the correct itinerary. I missed out on the volcano because it was all booked

More actual site seeing and seeing the cities we went to as part of included itinerary instead of paying excessive amounts for either “optional excursions” which usually involved clubbing and getting …More actual site seeing and seeing the cities we went to as part of included itinerary instead of paying excessive amounts for either “optional excursions” which usually involved clubbing and getting your own way home or paying for local city buses and waiting hours for buses and spending upwards of $15 a day just for local buses when we thought it was part of the “bus tour”. Excursions were extremely over priced and no one could understand why we were paying so much for something that cost 1/25 of what we were being charged. The guide for the most part did her best but we didn’t feel comfortable asking questions on how to get to see things if we weren’t paying for additional excursions. Also we were sent the incorrect itinerary before our tour and the inclusions listed on that itinerary were NOT included in the tour we were given. Most hotels were good / nice but initial ones were pretty subpar with very questionable cleanliness.

Only thing is busabouts extra excursions were way too overpriced for what they were and should have been included in the fixed itinerary

The tour took us to some awesome spots, there are a few things that could be done to make this trip a real winner! I felt our accommodation locations in Santorini was a bit too far from the best part …The tour took us to some awesome spots, there are a few things that could be done to make this trip a real winner! I felt our accommodation locations in Santorini was a bit too far from the best part of the island! We also paid a fair bit of money for additional activities that were definitely a, for lack of a better term, rip off. For example 36euro for sunset in Santorini - all we got was 2 gyros (average 5euro), transfers (public bus cost average 5euro return) and drinks if you drunk any! Another one was the walking tour in Mykonos, paying 10euro for a transfer (public bus 3euro return)
At times, it was confusing as to what we could do and how we could do activities on each island and maybe its best to inform of this before islands so it gives time to book popular tours for example volcanos in santorini!
Another option, especially for night activities is to have 2 return times as not everyone is on tour to party ALL NIGHT but would still like to come out!
Finally, maybe a few more included dinners/bonding activities with busabout fam would be a nice addition to this tour!
I DID LOVE MY BUSABOUT FAMILY & MICKY IS A GREAT TOUR LEADER, these things above are things out of the control of my group or micky as a guide i believe!
