She had endless advice on places to see, what to do and eat. She was also very approchable, friendly and easy to get a long with. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a tour around Europe.

I feel so fortunate to have come across Ella as a guide. She was extremely knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond in her role. Her knowledge of all the cities was wonderful and she took it u…I feel so fortunate to have come across Ella as a guide. She was extremely knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond in her role. Her knowledge of all the cities was wonderful and she took it upon herself to share some personal favourite places of hers within each city by sharing a list all passengers on her buses. She took time to get to know each passenger and help in any way she could. I found myself stuck for accomodation one day and Ella helped me enormously, and took time with me to look into all the different alternatives, seeing as the hostels were all booked. Not only this, but Ella was great fun to hang out with. Me and friends that I made on Busabout were always happy when we saw that Ella would be our guide for the day. I hope to be lucky enough to travel with Ella again one day.

I’ve had her as guide on the hop on hop off network several times this season. She’s got infectious passion for travel and sharing her extensive knowledge of the history and culture of places we visit. Beyond that, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every traveller on her bus has an amazing experience. She gets to know everyone on an individual level and has great rapport with the drivers and tour operators. The rainbow pillow is the icing on the cake

She is so helpful and always there when you have questions or just want a chat. If I was to come back on Busabout in the future I’d hope she will be the guide on our bus still !!! She’s a fantastic crew member that not only is very knowledgeable but will do anything in her power to help and guide you on your travels, and ensure you have the best journey possible. I left our passports on the coach and even though they couldn’t be retrieved, she assisted where she possibly could with contact numbers, steps on what to do in that situation and then followed up to see how we were doing afterwards. You can tell she’s passionate about her job and has a heart of gold. I couldn’t recommend her as a guide more and wish her all the best with her future travels. Absolute legend. Thanks again for everything :)
