Even though this is just HOHO, feeling safe and relaxed on the coach with someone you can trust instantly is awesome!! Kristoss and Carlos (bus drivers) + Holly were great also.

Meeting Justin for the first time on …Busabout’s Justin, aka ‘Safari Sam’ from South Africa, is in a league of his own when it comes to guides, insuring all his passengers receive outstanding service. Meeting Justin for the first time on our Cesky Krumlov to Munich leg of our 110 days with Busabout was like a breath of fresh air. We were immediately captivated by his warm, welcoming nature, his exceptional communication skills, sense of humour, and empathy with passengers from all walks of life and all ages. Justin’s genuine kindness and thoughtful manner immediately put us at ease, and his charismatic charm was very engaging. We loved the way Justin competently struck the perfect balance when conveying his wealth of information on the cities and countries on our loops. He was informative, while others have been vague or gone into so much detail, they have been boring to the point of frustration. We found his enthusiasm and passion, contagious. We can’t thank Justin enough for the third and final time he accompanied us; we had left the bus at the end of the day and were heading for our accommodation when Justin chased us down the street with my camera. What a beautiful soul he is. Nothing ever seemed to phase him and his commitment was second to none, constantly going way beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much Justin. You are one in a million.

While a number of guides were wonderfully informarmant and had great banter, Justin had that extra skill of providing great stories, information snd tips about each destination. Even if he had not even been himself yet! Had we not been up the front, we wouldn't have even noticed this! That'd how good he was at drawing his psssengers in!
Not only great details and facts about cities, but outstanding banter to add. Always very polite and helpful too. Very caring towards his passengers.
Always a superb experience with Justin when he was our guide. Could not recommend him enough!!

He took us through the whole process, was funny and charming, and even sat with us for a couple of hours on the bus for a good chat. On top of all that, he also suggested a tour for us (Busabout Italian Adventure, can highly recommend) and contacted us when a free seat opened up a week later. Justin - you're a legend!

The mai…Overall, I enjoyed my time on the Siesta Fiesta tour this summer. The destinations were beautiful, accomodation was great and the biking and walking tours during the day were a real highlight. The main downer for me was that the buses were consistently late between towns meaning some very hasty turnarounds to make bookings (we had already paid for) in our respective stops, but this didn’t really affect the tour that much (at least not for me). I think this is a tour that will really improve over time as the tour guides and drivers get used to the route.

Justin was by far my favourite tour guide on my Busabout journey. I only had him as a guide twice out of my nine stops made on the Busabout network, but I always enjoyed my experience. I only had him as a guide twice out of my nine stops made on the Busabout network, but I always enjoyed my experience. He took care of his passengers extremely well and made sure they were happy and doing ok, and even offered assistance when I was unwell, which was appreciated.
He was always happy to offer tips and recommendations for bars, restaurants and clubs, among other things, in each city we were visiting and beyond this, was happy to be contacted via social media if we were in need of recommendations for other cities that he wasn’t our guide for.
Always a happy and energetic person as well which made the journey more enjoyable.

Additionally, he offered good advice free from politics or personal bias. The guide we had after Justin (NOT Justin) tittered like a teenager, making thinly veiled judgements about Amsterdam's red-light district for nearly an hour of our journey there, which made us miss Justin's to-the-point, unbiased, a-political advice. Thanks for everything Justin!! All the best!

He also went above and beyond and created his own list of what he thought was good site seeing, places to eat and places to enjoy a drink!! I’ve never had the experience on a bus about where I felt the guide really really cared for how I got to experience one city!!!!

We were left to organise many activities ourselves and had to pay the difference. We did not feel like we had a guide for most of the time. We did not see him for 3 days at one time and every organised event was disorganised. We felt that other passengers became the tour guide and helped. From this experience I would not do bus about again.
