Pete was punny, engaging, fun and approachable. He always found the best in everyone on the tour and made sure they were involved and included to get the most out of the trip they wanted. He invited us to join him on free days and was always up for a chat / bevvie. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip with Pete and would definitely be keen to have him again as my tour guide!

Was able to get everyone on the bus mingling with each other whilst providing great information on the history and recommendations on different restaurants, bars, and things to do in the city. Took the passengers out for a nice dinner in Prague and to a great bar afterwards. Never felt like a burden asking too many questions and always went out of his way to make sure everyone got the most out of each city. Highly recommend him as a tour guide!

He was a down to earth bloke with a passion for travelling. This was evident through his walking tours, history talks and recommendations of restaurants, food stalls and markets in each city. I would definitely recommend this tour to fellow travelers and friends and hope that they too get Pete as their tour guide because he definitely puts in 110% to make sure you have the time of your life!

We were lucky enough to be paired with our amazing tour guide Pete who went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed their journey. This was done by informative talks, walking tours and fantastic recommendations to local restaurants. The overall experience was further enhanced by our bus driver Paul who was both friendly and experienced in travelling which enabled him to enlighten passengers about alternative tourist destinations. I will be recommending not only the tour to fellow travellers but also our tour guide and driver. In the future I will be booking again with Busabout and hopefully will get the opportunity to be paired with Pete and/or Paul again.

Peter was a great guide, full of interesting facts, figures and recommendations. He fully personifies busabout's idea of creating your own adventure by giving you loads of top tips but also giving you the freedom to explore. He was chipper and happy to help anyone/answer questions every morning no matter what the day before brought, and I think that's a really important quality in a guide!
When we entered a new country he made sure we knew about it's history as well as some useful phrases in the native language.
Overall great guide and great time on this tour!

Some of our best nights have been when Pete has invited the whole group out when we’ve arrived in a city; the most memorable being a few days ago, landing in Madrid and having Pete take the majority of our bus on his custom tapas tour. He’s a guide who goes the extra mile and who we really look forward to seeing on the coach! We love how Pete is one of the guides who invests a genuine amount of time to get to know you, and has ALWAYS remembered where he last saw us, even if it was just in passing at a random hostel. We always hope to get him as a guide on our bus, and we love how he always organises a dinner. We arrived in Madrid a few days ago, and he took the majority of our bus out on his very own tapas tour. He is an absolutely amazing guide! Hope every one of our busabout friends get to meet him along the way.

Peter was very knowledgeable about the places we visited and provided plenty of suggestions for free time. Time on the coach passed quickly with Peter providing insights into history of Italy, and areas visited. Put a lot of what we saw into context.
Trip had a good mix of group activities, and free time, felt the 2 nights and 3 days were maximised. Optionals (Amalfi boat tour and dinners) were great value. Would recommend this tour and any tour with Peter guiding.

Pete was an awesome guide! He was fun and organised and knew a lot about Budapest, which was so helpful. He also didn’t mind us tagging along with him to the thermal baths.

What an awesome 3 days and a fabulous crew to share it with. Definitely the best way to see a festival if your a traveller.
The only thing that would make it a 10/10 would be organised transportation to and from the festival. I’d definitely pay extra if that was included.
