If anyone is even considering doing the Alpine Way tour - DO IT!!! - and pray that Eliza Reilly is your tour guide. The tour itself is amazing with so much to do and to see. As if that's not enough on…If anyone is even considering doing the Alpine Way tour - DO IT!!! - and pray that Eliza Reilly is your tour guide. The tour itself is amazing with so much to do and to see. As if that's not enough on its own, I was fortunate to have a vibrant, energetic, crazy group of fun filled individuals led by thee best tour guide, Eliza. She knew the answer to all questions, walked through foreign cities like she grew up in them and always knew the best spots for drinks, picnics or delicious meals...and it was her first time guiding an adventure tour! This superhuman traveller had it in her to accompany us on our nightlife adventures in every country and still managed to be the first one down at breakfast with a huge smile, ready to lead us into the next adventure. I would gladly go on another tour led by Eliza, knowing there is someone who can lead, guide and look after us while still having a great time as if she was just part of the tour herself

Can I just say, Eliza is a beautiful soul and I couldn't have asked for a better down to earth, caring, bubbly person to guide and assist our group through the Swiss Miss Tour! Her personality made all of us on the bus feel incredibly welcome. She is always so passionate about each place we were going too and her knowledge of the history in each place was very insightful. And I can’t forget about the amazing recommendations she would give us! She always made sure to airdrop us “Eliza’s Top Tips” which included amazing restaurants, bars, landmarks and anything you could think of!
If you ever get Eliza as your tour guide definitely spend a bit of your time getting to know her!

As soon as I met her I felt at home like I had known her forever which is so important when you are away from home. Not only does she go above and beyond as a guide giving great presentations to the guests before arriving into each city she also have us an extremely comprehensive hard copy guide to both cities she took us into which I have not got from any other guide. Eliza has exceeded my expectations as a guide and I only wish there were more like her! I hope we get to see her again along the journey.

She was very knowledgeable not just about busabout and everything it has to offer, but all the countries and their history, culture and especially their food. I’m a solo traveler and she organised a group meal which was absolutely lovely and we ate the traditional Polish Pierogi! She even went so far as to offer us help and advice in another city than the one she was in! Thanks Eliza for a great experience

She always made sure to check in with every customer and see if they needed anything, and was very willing to share past experiences to help educate others on their journey.
I hope everyone gets to meet eliza, as she is someone who takes her role in the company as a serious experience and has made the most of it.

Eliza is definitely one of the best guides i’ve had - professional but not afraid to really get to know people which makes travelling with her feel much more personal and fun. She really knows her history, and if you ask a ridiculously specific question that she may not know the answer to, she makes the effort to follow it up and gets back to you with heaps of information.
