Stein was absolutly amazing. There are no bad words. She was always kind and always bubbly and positive even when she was sick and had to miss out on the part of the trip she was most excited about. She always went out of her way to help all 50+ of us wether it be with sickness, transport, meals, drunkenness, hot spots, and extra activities. She made bus trips bearable with good movies and new music we had never heard before. She was always happy and we always had a good time. She made me feel so safe when we were travelling and made sure we were aware of all the scams locals played on tourists and made sure we were protected in our hotels. She is not only an amazing tour guide but an amazing person. I would go on tour with her again for sure. In fact next tour I do will be determined by if she is the tour guide or not! Absolutly made the experience a million times better. She has the most contagious laugh and the sweetest smile. Love you lots Stein xx Paris ;)

This was my first group tour trip and what an experience it was!!! I was very apprehensive about being on the bus for long periods of time and I struggle with that. But the bus was beyond comfortable …This was my first group tour trip and what an experience it was!!! I was very apprehensive about being on the bus for long periods of time and I struggle with that. But the bus was beyond comfortable and considering that it was basically our second home, it was a wonderful second home. Our bus driver was super talented and got us every in amazing time and with utmost safety. Our trip leader was simply spectacular. We could not have gotten a better trip leader. Stien is a very caring, generous, kind and funny person and that really translates into her work and her passion for her job. She made us all feel very comfortable from the very first day and took care of us as though we were her own family. The knowledge that Stien has for all the places we visited, plus some, was truly admirable! She has a passion for history and knows almost, if not more, than the tour guides we had in all the cities.
The team of Stien and our driver Marek made a dream pair and we just loved every moment with them.
All trips will have some small down sides (they are inevitable), but if you are lucky to have an incredible group then it makes the trip so memorable and fun. And if you are blessed enough to have the most incredible trip leader as we had in Stien, then you are in for a very special and happy trip with a lifetime of wonderful experiences and memories!

I liked how we had just enough time to explore the country/city we were in, you wouldn't want any less or more days, it was just perfect. No wasted days, every day of the tour was spent well. No wasted days, every day of the tour was spent well. A 2 night break in Pula was much needed time to relax and recharge, ready for the next half of the tour. The provided meals were alright. Activities and stops along the way were diverse, informative, and definitely fun. Our driver was very friendly, welcoming and is an excellent skilled driver! Felt very safe. The coach was spacious, clean. The transportation (tubes, trams, buses) in each city was explained well to us by our tour leader Stien. Stein is an extremely warm and fun person with a bright confidence, and was super easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable! I enjoyed listening to her talk about the history and significance about each stop on the tour. I liked how we didn't lose our independence and are left to our own devices. I was worried that the tour would be constant group activities, a type of 'follow the leader' tour. We had introductions to get our bearings in a new city and that was all we needed! So good. I also liked getting to know everyone :)

Stein made a point of making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. She's an amazing guide. There was no stress the entire time because Stein was so organized, knowledgeable and most importantly, personable. I'd definitely go on another tour where she is a the guide.

Plenty of mini tours around everywhere we went with a great deal of added functions and events she personally went out of her way to provide for the group. The driver was fantastic and they both spent time to get to know everyone on their tour, be it by nights out on the town or just casual conversations on the bus.

And she knows how to party! Everyone was super lovely and the small size of the tour group meant we had heaps of bus space. Best top deck tour ever! Way better than my first one.

Stien is so knowledgeable about each country and knows the hot spots to hit. She was easily approached if I had any concerns (my only one was how could i stay longer!) She was a very fun guide with a great sense of humor. When I'm looking to do another trip I hope Stein is my guide! I have and would recommend again and a hit part of my wonderful experience was thanks to Stein!

Any group that travels with Stien is guarenteed an unforgettable, once in a lifetime trip!

Most the side activities are totally worth it. The bus rides in between the locations are a great time to cool off from the exicitement between the locations, but bring something to do when you aren't sleeping like a kindle or movies loaded onto your phone. Go into things with an open mind.

Sometimes we are afraid because we think we are going to waste our money, but i really enjoyed this tour just because i did something different than usual, travel around other countries and cities, en…Sometimes we are afraid because we think we are going to waste our money, but i really enjoyed this tour just because i did something different than usual, travel around other countries and cities, enjoy a good meal, having new experiences, have a nice talk to locals, made new friends, with all those things, now i can say i have very great learnings in my life and very good experiences to share with my people and to remember forever, of course everywhere are bad experiences, i think i prefer to have a bad experience traveling, and having one more story time to tell, than have a bad one sitting in my bed, it was worth every coin i spent on this travel not only because i learned a lot but because i grow up as a person, a travel can change a person? ABSOLUTELY¡
