7-Day Svalbard Tour Packages
Week-long Arctic expeditions give you a proper introduction while keeping travel plans straightforward. A popular 7-day option starts in Oslo with city tours and museum visits before heading to Longyearbyen where you'll watch the northern lights from Camp Barentz and take evening cruises in the polar night. Other 7-day trips focus on Spitsbergen's west coast - you'll track polar bears, visit walrus hangouts and watch massive chunks of ice break off glaciers in Krossfjord. The ships get right up close in fjords like Kongsfjord where you can see huge seabird colonies with glaciers looming behind them. Our customers really like how these trips mix wilderness cruising with walks through historical spots like Ny London, an old mining settlement that's been left to the elements.
