The tour was very well organized from start to finish. The tour guides in Istanbul (KC) and Egypt/Nile River (Anas) were very knowledgeable, well-educated, and well-trained regarding the historical sites and places we visited. They provided great insights and allowed the group some flexibility and free time without impacting the overall schedule. The tour guide in Cairo, Egypt was also knowledgeable about the places we visited; however, I was not fully satisfied with how the tour schedule was organized. The timing and flow of the activities could have been planned better to provide a smoother experience for the group. One area for improvement is transparency from the tour operator regarding additional costs. The tour price should clearly state that entrance fees to attractions are not included. This was not communicated during the booking process, and we only found out after arriving at the start of the tour that additional payments were required. Providing this information upfront would help travelers plan their budget better and avoid unexpected expenses.

Guides in Greece and coach tour in Turkey were excellent, the 2 male guides after the coach tour were ordinary, and we felt just an add on. The Athens Hotel was in a perfect position, close to attractions, restaurants and very comfortable. Small Turkey coach was comfortable and driver excellent and professional. Not one Hotel shown on our itinerary was used and most were huge tourist hotels with really bad buffet meals, worst was the Suhan in Cappadocia. We saw so much and the information our Turkey Guide told us was amazing. Having an 8hr plus layover between flights at Istanbul airport ..flying to Ankara .. was unacceptable. There was 4 of us and should have been driven not left in an airport for that amount of time, arriving at our Holiday Inn Hotel after midnight. Overall we had an amazing time but the accommodation and buffet food was a low point. As majority of accommodation was nowhere near the town centres we had to eat at the Hotel Buffets.
