This was a wonderful trip. Not only did we have a group of people who got along with each other, we also had a very wonderful Maltese guide, Althea. She was well-educated, energetic, positive and well-prepared for her role and was liked and respected by all of the travelers. We covered a vast amount of historic, natural and cultural establishments and actually got to see Maltese falcons soaring over the cliffs above the Blue Grotto (a treat I had not anticipated). I was so pleased to meet her and the wonderful people I travelled with and very happy to have finally made to one of my "bucket list countries.
