About me:Hey guys! Im from South Africa Cape Town and but now Im living in good Old London town! Travelling is a huge passion. After taking a small group of people to Marrakesh in Morocco, I definitely knew I really wanted to do this as a job. Most of the tours I do are to Edinburgh and Amsterdam but during the summer I tour guide 1 day tours from London to nearby cities. Every tour is different, you got people from all over the world therefore you experience new unique things every time! Which its the most rewarding part of the job! I have been doing this since 2009 and now with Indigo, it's been a great experience. We take your experience very seriously and will always make sure you guys are happy and having a great time!

As someone who likes exploring on my own, Omar and Andrea were really flexible and helpful in helping visit all the places I had planned beforehand. They are kind and generous people who have the patience of SAINTS. High emotional intelligence is important in this type venture, especially when dealing with various personalities from people all of the world. Omar was very knowledgeable about all of the stops and was a very uplifting spirit throughout the experience. Most of the accommodations were pretty good, except for our stop in Prague. Also, the provided meals were pretty basic. Specifically, the Christmas dinner was a little underwhelming. In many of the cities, however, we were given a generous amount of free time to explore and to find restaurants on our own, which was wonderful. Also, breakfast was provided at every hotel. My favorite stops were Venice, Salzburg, Prague and Brugge. I recommended this trip for anyone traveling to Europe for the first time. It's a great way to see a lot of sights and take in a lot of history. I now know which places I'd like to visit again for an extended stay. Again, Omar and Andrea were fantastic guides. I'd go happily do another tour with them.

It was so organized and we had the opportunity to enjoy many cities. The accommodation was very good, the hotels were far from the city center but very good and luxurious. All the included breakfasts were really delicious! The two dinners also were very good. The coach is clean and drivers are very friendly, overnight travel wasn’t very easy for people who cannot sleep anywhere but we stopped many times to get food and for tge rest rooms. Omar the guide is really so helpful and friendly, also Andrea were very helpful and tried her best to make everyone happy.
I loves the spirit and the group, really I’m so happy with this experience and I highly recommend it.

Came across this tour when looking for sample itineraries for travelling around Europe, I didn't even know this type of coach trip existed and it made much more sense to do this as apposed to trying t…Came across this tour when looking for sample itineraries for travelling around Europe, I didn't even know this type of coach trip existed and it made much more sense to do this as apposed to trying to plan everything myself, it also probably works out more cost effective and definitely less stressful not being in charge of everything yourself.
The group on this trip was brilliant, not your typical coach trip granny, instead a much younger diverse gang consisting largely of Americans and other internationals (both my pal and I were the only British on board apart from the coach drivers!)
The pace on this tour is fast, you would never get to see everything that you do on this tour if you were to do it yourself, generally once you have arrived at your destination you will have between 2 - 5 hours there which sometimes doesn't feel long enough but then again how long do you really need to spend looking at a castle or historical building? The priority generally being to feed yourself and have a look around.
Accommodation standards varied between locations, some good, some excellent but all were clean & safe, generally breakfast was continental however two of the hotels did offer hot food options for breakfast which was a nice treat, especially after an overnight travel!
Both guides Omar & Andrea were excellent and would do everything they could to help make sure you are having a good time and getting the most out of the trip. I think the guides are what make a tour like this, 11 days with a guide who has no personality would be mind numbing but these two defiantly do not fall into that category!
I could write much more, but don't want to give away too much of the trip. A great way to see lots of Europe

This was the best holiday trip ever! Everything was well planned out and organized and our guides Omar and Andrea did a great job keeping us on time as we had a lot to cover in the 11 days. Everything was well planned out and organized and our guides Omar and Andrea did a great job keeping us on time as we had a lot to cover in the 11 days. Omar and Andrea were AMAZING! Friendly, approachable, accommodating, and they made sure we had a great time. The coach drivers Sean and Jeff were great drivers and also very friendly. The itinerary was perfect. We had a good amount of time in each place to see the main tourist attractions. There were a few stops I wish I had more time to explore and some where we could have spent less time, but it's really hard to gauge with a big group of people. The hotels and hostels were good, no complaints there. It was nice to have breakfast every morning, so that was one less thing we had to think about during our long days.
Overall, this was a fantastic trip which I am glad I was able to go on. I met a lot of great people that I hope to see again in the future.

At first I was worrying about the intense schedule and not enough time to do sightseeing, turns out there is totally enough time to do sightseeing, you just need to act fast XD. And Omar is amazing ,he is a well planner, knows our needs and where we can sort out our travel problems including the locations of pharmacies and currency exchange. The bus is nice and comfortable, even though you have to spend two night on the bus, it's better than I thought it would be, most of the people are quite nice. Carlos is also a good assistant, really friendly guy. During the long bus ride, they will have rest stop and you can have your dinner and meals. Many experience with a great price. Definitely recommend this trip and you won't have to worry about travelling alone, everyone is so friendly and most of the time you will be together like a family.

Amsterdam and Brugge were amazing but the tour itself was not ideal. Before arriving to the trip, we were confused as to how we were getting there as the information said "by ferry or eurostar." Before arriving to the trip, we were confused as to how we were getting there as the information said "by ferry or eurostar." When we got on the bus, we were told that we were going to be sleeping on the bus as it would take us to Amsterdam by morning. This would have been alright if we were told beforehand specifically that we were going to be sleeping on the bus, but we were not given that. Therefore, I had to sleep on a bus in jeans with makeup on and it was the worst sleep I have ever gotten. Therefore, keep that in mind before you go on the tour that you will not be given accommodations the first night at all and to plan accordingly. I understand that the email says that 1 night of accommodation is given, but I really would have appreciated if I was told specifically how we were getting there. Other than this, the tour was great and our guide, Omar was amazing (although our first guide who we had for the first hour was quite rude). My only other complaint is how little time we had in Brugge, but what can you do? Thanks!

The first night you have to sleep on a bus to Amsterdam. There are no plugs on the bus to charge your phone and it was freezing the entire ride. Then whenever we had a meeting time people would be late and we would have to wait around for a long time. The tour guide should have made the times stricter so the people who were actually on time did not have to wait around. Further, we only had about two hours in Bruges so it felt extremely rushed. The tour should leave Amsterdam earlier so we get to Bruges earlier. Lastly, on Sunday morning we paid to go to the cheese and clog making village in Amsterdam which was 30 pounds. This was a waste of money because everything was free to do at the village so I have no idea what the money we spent went to. Overall, I would never book again with this company and am not happy with the tour.

Our tour guide Omar was incredibly knowledgeable - I had been to Amsterdam before for 5 days and didn't learn nearly as much as I did this weekend. Both Omar and Kathryn were incredibly supportive, helpful and patient with everyone throughout the trip, and nothing was too much trouble. The best thing about this trip compared to going it alone or flying out to a country yourself is that with a coach journey you can see much more than you would do if you flew to these places. Excellent value for money, excellent tour guides, excellent itineraries, great weekend. Thanks guys!

That took a little longer to get to the next city but the important thing is the safety!!!
The accommodations were pretty good some could have been better but it is understandable due to the Christmas seasons and the price of the tour would have been more expensive.

Most hotels were nice and some less favorable but for the price and knowing you're just sleeping there it doesn't matter too much..The breakfasts were decent as well. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend indigo travel to anyone and the European Magic tour is a must! Check em out!!

Omar and Andrea are fantastic and work extremely hard to ensure everyone is having a good time. The amount of organisation required for such a tour must be insane but they pull it off somehow even when hotels book the wrong rooms for everyone!
The tour itself is an intense 11 days around Europe and I was slightly worried I would just be on a coach for most of the trip but I do feel that you get enough time to explore the places and you also get plenty of free time, too much in some places I found but this is definitely personal preference.
Omar's coach and walking tours were great and you can really tell he is passionate about the places he talks about. The tours were filled with humour and were very interesting.
The only negative I can find in this trip is having to sleep on the coach overnight 2 times, but this is necessary to be able to see more places and I am glad I got to see these places. Omar and Andrea did everything they can to ensure everyone's comfort and we had plenty of films to watch on the coach as well as sweets and drinks.
The accommodation varies with some nights staying in quad rooms and others in twin rooms but if you don't want to share with other people you can upgrade and get your own room. I opted to share and was very impressed with the quality of the accommodation except in one case where it was just OK! No problems at all really though and I never had a bad night's sleep.
I fully intend on travelling with Indigo again and cannot recommend them enough!!

Instead, the trip was really well organized! The hostel was nice as well, clean and well located: a Tesco was less than 1 minute walk for night cravings and the city center was nearby as well. The giude, Omar, was super nice; he was able to draw our attention, giving historical details without being boring or not clear. He also suggested some really cute spots in Edinburgh and York as well. Not to mention the shortbread he offered us while we were living Scotland! The only flaw in the journey: the bus! I don't know what you guys mean with "best modern coaches" but travelling from Bournemouth to Edinburgh in that coach was pretty uncomfortable! I appreciated the change of bus in London on the way back to make it easier to reach Bournemouth, though.

The tour, by far exceeded my expectations. The itenerary is well thought out and will maximize your time exploring the amazing locations the tour will bring you to. This tour will introduce you to new friends, beautiful locations with great accommodations for the price but most importantly you will be hosted and guided by two amazing people (Omar and Andrea) who care, help you, and educate you to ensure you have the best experience possible. They sincerely care, the drivers were awesome, so much fun and adventure was had. I truly recommend this to anyone wanting to see how some of Europe's already beautiful destinations become magical during the holiday season.

The tour guides Omar and Andrea were excellent and always available to assist when and if required. Omar in particular was a wealth of information on all the places we visited.
Checking in and out of hotels was seamless and no hassle whatsoever.
Accommodation was generally very good with only Paris Ibis hotel in need of updating.
Finally, a big thanks to the coach drivers Andrew and Geoff who transported us to all our destinations safely and made it easier for us to feel at ease when on the road.

I could listen to his stories for the whole trip. Andrea was great about making sure everyone was doing well.
The pace of the trip is non-stop so it may not be for everyone but it was well done. It provided a great taste of Europe and has given my wife and I ideas for future trips.

The t…I would highly recommend this very personalised tour during the Christmas season if you have limited time to visit Europe. The price is unbeatable!!! European magic tour was very well organised. The tour guides Omar and Andrea and the drivers Jeff and Andrew ran the tour on schedule. All the hotels were very comfortable and were accessible by public transport if we wanted to explore more during our free time, it was easy to get back to the hotel at night (usually within 30 minutes from the city centre). Andrea and Omar were quick to respond to any queries I had prior to the tour. The coach was comfortable and included 2 TV screens and a toilet. I would recommend that you buy your tickets online to visit the Duomo in Milan, Anne Frank’s house and the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam, spa in Tropical Islands, and check the opening hours to visit St Mark Basilica in Venice to avoid queues and disappointments.

We met new friends and enjoyed the company of the other people in the tour. I highly recommend the tour. It is an experience that we will never forget.
