I really enjoyed the tour. The organisation was great. From flights to hotel pickups. It was well organised throughout the trip. The hotel in Kusadasi was really nice with a great view to the sea.

I thought this tour was really fantastic. All the tour guides they contracted were great. Personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went the extra mile to make sure I had a full experience.

There was only one hiccup that rubbed me the wrong way. The itinerary on one of the days made absolutely no sense. The flight that was scheduled got me to a hotel quite late at night (flight was not delayed) and a balloon ride was scheduled by the tour operator for the next morning. This led to a balloon ride and a full day tour on only 3hrs sleep. This made no sense as I was there for two nights and the balloon ride could have easily been and should have been scheduled for the next morning. There was no indication given by the tour operator that there would be a tough schedule on one of the nights on this tour.
When I reached out about this issue, I was made to feel that I should basically suck it up and move on. A mere acknowledgment by the tour operator that this itinerary might not be best for its clients would have made everything right but that was not given. I asked for nothing except an acknowledgement that the itinerary was difficult and maybe needs rethinking on scheduling the way they did.
The day in question was quite long and difficult but was worth enduring for the day that unfolded. It easily could have NOT been a good day though.
All that said, I will still give them five stars because everything else was actually really great. The hotels that were booked were very good, especially in Kusadasi and the Cappadocia area. Transportation and transfers were on time and generally pretty good.

I would highly recommend this tour operator with the caveat that you keep a keen eye on how they schedule the itinerary.
Itinerary and guides were good along with good transfer service. The cave hotel (Abras Cave) in Cappadoccia was bad with very poor to no service with their minimal and limited breakfast. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make the last part of my trip an absolute blast. He prepared an itinerary to tour the Eastern part of Istanbul for myself. It was my first time traveling solo and having thjs guide provided comfort away from home. This made Turkey very memorable for me.

Overall this is a great tour. Primarily because Zerrin and the guides are so helpful.

Our guides: Bünyamin, Mediha, Bekir, and Mustafa were all friendly and knowledgeable and really made the tour fun (as well as informative).
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a flavor of the country.
Just a couple of notes, we went in the Spring and it was cold and rainy so Antalya could have been skipped since it's more of a beach town. Also know the balloon rides will be canceled if the wind is bad so don't totally count on that.
We had a great trip. All very good guides and nice hotels.
