He planned beautifully and gave us the skills and confidence to navigate on our own for our free time. He kept the group from frittering away time and shared insights into history and culture for the many highlights. Had we tried to do this trip on our own, we would optimistically have been able to see half as much and would have entirely missed some very memorable experiences, like Hakone. We did the family tour and would highly recommend for families with kids 9-16.

Departing from Havana, we journeyed all the way to Baracoa, at the east end of the island with overnight stays in Casas where we enjoyed warm hospitality from the home owners. We couldn't have had a better guide than Dani, who went the extra mile in making sure everyone in our group had a memorable time enjoying a vast variety of activities, along with all the sights, sounds and beauty of Cuba.

He made our experience…We went on a 12 day custom eastern Cuba tour with two other couples. Our guide Yusdani Hinojosa was the best. He met us with a big smile and put us at ease right from the start. He made our experience in Cuba fun, informative, and safe. Our every need was met and we were very well taken care of. The accommodations were rustic and the food was outstanding. We hope to make another tour to Cuba someday and when we do we will definitely request Yusdani.

During those 15 days, Dany took great care of each and every one of us through a range of terrains (from the cobblestoned streets of Trinidad to the dense jungle paths to Salto de Javira), and a variety of settings (from a ballet performance in Camagüey to the historical cemetery of Santa Ifigenia). Besides being a fountain of cultural knowledge, plus some fun personal anecdotes, he indulged our curiosity and followed through with our areas of interest. We plan to come back to Cuba someday if anything, to visit Dany, an empingao friend and tour guide.

His knowled…I have been privileged to travel in 123 different countries - always independently - but for Cuba I chose to do a guided tour ... and I was spectacularly blessed to have Dany as my guide. His knowledge of Cuba's rich history, dynamic culture, and fascinating traditions enhanced my journey in countless ways. His personality and hospitality were absolutely awesome, and he always made sure everyone in my small group enjoyed every experience along the way. I fell in love with Cuba (and can't wait to go back!) ... and I left that splendid island with a fantastic new friend named Dany.
