The guides were quick in setting up the gear and briefing us, which mostly consisted of "when I say go, run and don't stop."The flight was smooth, and we got pics & video. Not a super long flight owing to the wind conditions, but we still had maybe ~20 minutes in the air with spectacular views. Overall, we both had a great experience, and I'm following up now with local paragliding lessons - I guess that tells you how fun it was.

It was a pleasure to share the Himalayas with these guys and I'll definitely be back with them next time.

This being our first trek in Nepal, Kanchenjunga was always going to be different, being much less marketed and more complicated to reach. Combine that with our departure date being general election d…This being our first trek in Nepal, Kanchenjunga was always going to be different, being much less marketed and more complicated to reach. Combine that with our departure date being general election day (so we had to delay 1 day and reschedule everything) made the job harder, but the Trek Nepal guys took it all in their stride and to be honest, I wasn't at all aware of what needed to be done until we talked about it during the trek. Our leader was Laxman and he, along with the whole team, couldn't have been more helpful. When we stopped for the night, food appeared as if by magic, even in the upper sections where there were hardly any facilities. Every day it was tasty and above all nutritious, and it prepared us for the next day. Halfway through the trip, we had a difference of opinion between group members about whether to go high for the 3-pass route or stay low on the return leg, so our whole group was split in two without drama and everyone got to do what they wanted to do. It was a pleasure to share the Himalayas with these guys and I'll definitely be back with them next time.
