Overall excellent itinerary and a very busy schedule which suited me. All transport arrangements arrived on time as scheduled. All transport arrangements arrived on time as scheduled. On one occasion my flight was delayed and the driver departed before my arrival. I contacted Mike who duly sent another driver to collect me. Fabulous service! When travelling alone it gave me great confidence having Mike as my wingman!
I chose to stay in Hostel accomodation -perfectly clean, safe and hospitable with air conditioning(necessary).Each venue provided a decent breakfast.Accomodation in the hostels in Hanoi and Hoi An were particularly pleasant and welcoming.Saigon,Phnom Penh and Siem Reap were notably for the younger backpacker.There was one issue of miscommunication re-prepayment of accomodation/breakfast at the hostel at Phnom Penh which was duly resolved.Acknowledgement again to Mike andto the manager Ali.
The guides on tours were exceptionally pleasant and eager to impart their wealth of knowledge.I was very impressed with all tour guides in particular the guides at Cu chi, Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.On occasions due to weather conditions it was necessary for the itinerary to be altered and an alternative activity was suggested.
Thanks to Mike and his team- fabulous reassuring and safe experience.Mike was available at all times when I found it necessary to contact him.
