Could not have chosen a better trip to get an amazing experience for my first time in NZ, even when it was Wintertime (it's not always sunshine & rainbows but hey how boring would that be!). Breathtaking views, quirky little towns, fun night outs, international friendships made.. Ben & Chris definitely encourage you to have the time of your life. They set the bar very high for me to book another tour and feeling that lucky. Ticks off all NZ boxes, 10 out of 10, 100 points for Kiwi Vibes, highly recommend, loved every minute. Churr, boys!

This tour is about the journey not the destination which was not what I expected it to be. The tour guides are very nice, everything is well organized, accomodation is alright for a group of young people, many meals are included. BUT you don't really get to see New Zealand's highlights (for tourists). What we DID NOT see: Roys Peak, Wanaka really (just a lunch stop), Blue Pools + Clay Cliffs (which are somehow mentioned in the itinerary), Mt Cook, ...
What we saw (without paying extra): all towns mentioned in the itinerary, Lake Tekapo and another lake for a lunch stop, hot springs in Taupo, a museum, Christchurch from a nice lookout, ...
Overall, it was a fun trip but not what I expected as I was looking forward to seeing more beautiful places and to having more opportunities to take photos.

Highlight of the trip was probably skydiving over Queenstown or visiting Hobbiton. Guides are awesome and our group got on like a house on fire. Absolutely 100% recommend this tour!!

I travelled alone as a 29 year old female, and was nervous having never been on an organised tour before. From the moment it started Chris and Ben made everyone welcome and everyone in the group got on really well, even though the age range was 18-29! The itinerary is amazing - I feel like I’ve seen all the epic sites of the north island as well as some awesome extra stuff that came with being shown around by a couple of local lads! This was honestly a bucket-list trip - with sky diving, epic white water rafting, surfing. For all the stuff we did and food we had, I really think it was amazing value for money. I’d recommend this to anyone - best 10 days ever!

They even went above and beyond on the last day to do a pit stop to drop me off on the way back. Not only memories but friendships were created. Though it was only 9 days it had made an impact to take with me forever. They did well dealing with my weirdness. Will be back to see yous next time I'm in NZ. Thank you guys . I had never been on a tour before nor stayed in a hostel so this trip was very different for me, but with the chilled vibes that Chris and Ben put out into the air this trip has truly been an amazing experience. Everything was very organized and all the meals are very satisfying. We made many stops on the way to break up long trips, and Ben and Chris were knowledgeable about all the sites we stopped at. I would recommend this trip to anyone no matter if you are traveling alone or with a group of friends. It is very affordable and you will make many memories with people from all around the world, and many backrounds of cultures.

You have to plan everything nearly everyday, it becomes really expensive and really stressful. I found I never really had time to enjoy where I was and it was lonely. I decided to try out kiwi vibes and it is the best decision I have ever made. Everything is so well organised and thought through. All you have to do is sit back with your new friends and enjoy the most beautiful and magical experiences. Honestly I have never had so much fun in my life. It has also saved me so much money travelling this way. You can spend as much or as little as you want and still have a sick time. Plus our tour guides, Kristy and Chris are absolute legends. Kiwi vibes has created the ultimate NZ holiday and I will honestly remember this for my entire life! Couldn't recommend more!

Chris and Ben make everyone feel welcome and everyone on the trip became really good friends instantly! The South Island is definitely one of the most beautiful places to see in the world with the breath taking views of mountains, snow and lush greenery! This was my second Kiwi vibes tour and it was just as amazing as my first!

When I signed up for this tour I had really high expectations. The presentation, the video and the reviews made it seem so awesome that I didn't have to think twice about signing up.
But now, after 2…When I signed up for this tour I had really high expectations. The presentation, the video and the reviews made it seem so awesome that I didn't have to think twice about signing up.
But now, after 2 weeks of traveling with 10 complete strangers through this magnificent country I can say that the experience completely exceeded those expectations.
If what you're looking for is a trip that combines awesome road trip vibes with awesome people, unreal landscapes, adrenaline-filled activities, lots of sleep deprivation and probably another two weeks of depression once it's over and normal life kicks back in, then this is the trip for you!

Seriously, Kiwi Vibes have nailed the 'road-trip' style tour and I had the best time of my life! All of the tricky stuff was taken care of and we were given a lot of flexibility to chose additional activities like skydive and visit Hobbiton. The group become best friends from day 1 and our guide felt like part of the gang! I'll absolutely be coming back to do another Kiwi Vibes tour of the North Island in summer! 10/10 would recommend!
