I do not know certain what rote Tourradar has except as the middleman.
here is the review never the less.
It is a collection of different activities which look great in the brochure. But unfortunately I do not think the planner has actually done the tour to see how it shapes up. Firstly the guide is not bilingual. Just being able to say yes and no does not constitute understanding the language. He is fluent in Vietnamese so we tried communication with google translate. Unfortunately there was an abysmal lack of interest or knowledge about his own country. The guide knew nothing about the geography, plants crops, food, history customs or culture, of the places or the people we visited. He did take us places and arranged transport but that was all. As there was no good translator we coudl not even communicate with the homestay owners. The owners did make excellent food for us and would have communicated but it was not possible, We might as well have stayed in an impersonal hotel and not imposed on their hospitality. I am sorry it was not the cultural and fun experience we were looking for. Perhaps someone should have just gone over the basic information with the guide so that as a tourist we could have had been comfortable locally and had a window into this different culture and great country. The guide was there just to deposit us from one place to another. We got more insight about Vietnam from the waiter on the overnight boat for the Hu long Bay than the GoVietnam guide with us for the week!
The travel times were long and actual visit to the places were very brief. For example, just making the journey to the Cat Ba island over car, boat, motor bike reaching late and then just returning back travelling the whole day was a travesty.
In addition, the tour is not appropriate for winter as swimming, fishing, Kayaking were not possible in the cold and was not done. Sleeping in the cold without warm bedding, no heating was also not conducive to a reasonable stay. The tour website only talked about bringing mosquito repellant, however there were no mosquitos at this temperature. Meanwhile did not address that there will be no heating so bring warm clothes and blankets.
Overall you can see this beautiful nation by yourself better. .

An incredible and crazy 12 day experience of Vietnam with Go Vietnam Travel. A fantastic gateway into the scenery and local culture Vietnam has to offer. This was a well-organised trip to every aspec…An incredible and crazy 12 day experience of Vietnam with Go Vietnam Travel. A fantastic gateway into the scenery and local culture Vietnam has to offer. This was a well-organised trip to every aspect taken care of, such as transport/transfers, accommodation and meals. The tour is full of amazing activities including pottery making, nature treks, boat trips, kayaking, swimming, cycling, hiking and fishing in the paddy fields. This was also a great way to meet and interact with the locals, to sit around at meals cheering to a few shots of rice wine. All homestay owners are very kind and welcoming.
Thank you so much to the Go Vietnam travel tour guides Andrew, Kevin & Ky who were so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly funny. I highly recommend this trip with Go Vietnam Travel to anyone wanting to explore the more local culture of Vietnam.

Highlights are too numerous to pick out in this review, but everyday bought a new adventure unlike the day before. Cannot recommend this up and coming tour company enough, they really will go the extra mile to ensure you have the most amazing trip in Vietnam. (FIVE STARS!)

We already had nice trip in Vietnam with them. Our tour guide - Mr. Kevin who is very friendly and professional during the tour. He prepares everything and guarantee all smoothly on road. Kevin teach us how to make Vietnamese food and how to catch fish on rice field. I will never forget all outdoor activities on tour such as kayaking, hiking, swimming, fishing on our itinerary. I am sure that we will come back Vietnam and choose Go Vietnam Travel as our companion next time. Once again, I greatly recommend this company and Mr. Kevin for your holiday in Vietnam. Amazing trip from North to South of Vietnam. We had a lot of activities as local people and a lot of fun on tour. Halong bay was amazing and Lan Ha bay even more beautiful. We checked in famous place Hoi An and more important we had chance to see Floating Market in the South of Vietnam ( Ca Rang floating market).

We are young people who enjoy traveling and discovering. We had a 12 days trip with Go Vietnam Travel. It is an amazing experience. We checked many places like Ha noi, Pu Luong National Reserve, Lan Ha Bay, Cat Ba Island however the most impressive place is Pu Luong. Pu Luong is a place in northern mountain of Vietnam like Sapa but the beauty of Pu Luong is wilder than Sapa. It is the first time we went this place. We walked about 15 km per day to see the mountain, forest, cave and terraced fields etc. but we did not feel tired because the more we went, the most attractive we felt. We were also tried many foods were cooked by the local people. It really delicious and tasty. Everything is wonderful. We continued to visit other places and the feeling was nice, too. All services: driver, tour guide, food, accommodation, cost were very good. We will plan to have other trip with Go Vietnam Travel again.

Thanks to Mr. Kien - the tour guide. He is an experienced tour guide with lots of enthusiasm and talents. We can visit lots of places just in one day with lots of fun anf breathtaking scenes. The guide is very friendly and professional. He try to take us to every details in a place. He always made sure we would not miss any little thing in a place. I even forget my phone at the restaurant and he called this restaurant and got my phone back immediately. What a relief and thankfulness! Great and satisfying tour. I will use the service of this company for my every trip in the future.
