Walking in North Cyprus
Cyprus's landmarks come alive as you visit Kyrenia Castle, Bellapais Abbey, and Saint Hilarion fortress. The Five Finger Mountains provide dramatic hiking, while Salamis ruins and Famagusta's ghost town tell ancient tales. Hotel Pia Bella offers pool access and traditional Cypriot meals.

8 Days in Cyprus, incl. Larnaca and Paphos
The cultural riches of 7 Cyprus cities unfold from Larnaca's Saint Lazarus Church to Famagusta's ghost town. Take in UNESCO-listed Paphos Archaeological Park, make traditional halloumi in Lefkara, and visit Kykkos Monastery. Includes 7 nights premium accommodation and regional cuisine.

- Day 1
Larnaca Arrival
- Day 2
Larnaca & Lefkara Village
Start your morning exploring Larnaca, including the 9th-century Church of Saint Lazarus. "The church's Byzantine architecture is breathtaking—go early around 8 AM to avoid tour groups and catch the morning light through the stained glass." Take a 40-minute drive inland to Lefkara Village for a halloumi-making workshop. "Learning to make halloumi from scratch was a highlight—the cheese is completely different when it's fresh and warm." Visit the village's famous lace workshops where traditional "lefkaritika" embroidery earned UNESCO recognition.

- Day 3
Troodos Mountains & Wine Country
Spend the day in the Troodos Mountains visiting Kykkos Monastery and Omodos village. The mountain roads take about 1.5 hours each way. If you get carsick, bring motion sickness pills. Sample local wines like Xynisteri at a nearby winery. "The mountain views from Throni Hill near Kykkos Monastery were incredible, but bring a light jacket as it's notably cooler up there."

- Day 4
Paphos Archaeological Park
Travel to Paphos (90 minutes from Larnaca) to see the UNESCO-listed archaeological park. You'll need comfortable shoes for exploring the Roman mosaics, and water is essential as shade is limited. Visit the Tomb of the Kings and Aphrodite's Rock. Stop for lunch at the harbor where "The fresh octopus and local sea bass were some of the best we've had."

- Day 5
Divided Nicosia
Visit Europe's last divided capital. Begin in South Nicosia at the Cyprus Museum before crossing the Green Line checkpoint (passport required) to explore the Turkish north and the beautiful Büyük Han marketplace. "The contrast between the two sides is fascinating—take time to chat with locals in the coffee shops."

- Day 6
Famagusta & Ghost Town
See the abandoned resort of Varosha in Famagusta, untouched since 1974. Visit Othello Castle and the Lala Mustafa Pasha Mosque, formerly a Gothic cathedral. Spend time at one of the area's beaches. "The juxtaposition of the abandoned high-rises next to pristine beaches is surreal—definitely a unique experience."
- Day 7
Free Day in Larnaca
Relax at Mackenzie Beach or explore more of Larnaca. You can visit the Salt Lake (where flamingos gather in winter) or the nearby Hala Sultan Tekke mosque. "The local bus system is easy to navigate, and taxis are reasonable for shorter trips."
- Day 8
Departure
Head to Larnaca Airport for your flight home. Morning flights usually have less traffic, but plan to arrive 2.5 hours before departure during peak season.
9 Days in Cyprus, incl. Limassol and Nicosia
An 8-city tour stretches from Larnaca to Nicosia, showcasing Cyprus's rich heritage. Marvel at Paphos Archaeological Park's mosaics, savor wine tasting in Omodos village, and trek Cape Greco. Includes 8 nights in selected hotels, 15 meals, and private transport.

- Day 1
Larnaca to Limassol
- Days 2-3
Limassol & Paphos Region
Head to Aphrodite's Rock early for the best morning photos. Bring water shoes since the beach is pebbly. Plan about 2-3 hours for Paphos Archaeological Park. Visit the Tombs of the Kings in late afternoon when it's cooler and less crowded. The site has little shade, so pack sunscreen and a hat. Check out Limassol's medieval castle and old town. A local tip: "The narrow streets around Limassol Castle are best explored between 4-7 PM when shops are open but tourist crowds have thinned. The castle's roof offers amazing sunset views over the harbor."

- Day 4
Troodos Mountains Wine Tour
- Day 5
Kyrenia
- Days 6-7
Famagusta & Nicosia
- Day 8
Ayia Napa & Cape Greco
- Day 9
Departure from Larnaca
What people love about 10-day Cyprus tours
- The Treasures of Cyprus
The tour is very well organized and thoroughly covered all the landmarks/ cities around Larnaca. The chosen hotel Best Western Plus in Larnaca was very clean, well located, walkable to the Old town and beautiful beaches. Included lunches were variety, excellent and delicious! The tour guide Dimitra who was fluently in English and French did an extraordinary job to guide the group. Dimitra paid attention to details and very caring for the group. As compared to the tour in Turkey (by different Travel company) which followed right after the Cyprus tour by Olta Travel Cyprus/ Tour Radar, the Cyprus tour was exceed beyond our expectation. I’d highly recommend this tour by Olta Travel Cyprus!
- Walking in Northern Cyprus
Beautiful walks…. Tour guide rushed us through walks and sites…. Dwelled a bit too much on negativity.
