  • How can I communicate with an operator or make an inquiry about a trip?

    From the TourRadar Marketplace, you are able to search through tens of thousands of trips that could be of interest to you. If you're interested in a tour and have a question about the accommodations, itinerary, or anything else, simply click on the "Ask a Question" button on a tour detail page to contact the operator.   • How can I share a link to a tour with my client?

    If you come across a tour that you believe your client may be interested in, you can click on the "Share link with client" button which creates a shareable unique link to send to your clients. The page will be set up for customer viewing without certain agent features such as commission rate. To learn more about our "Share link with client" feature, click HERE.
  • How do I get my commission paid?

    Every Travel Agent on TourRadar has an account set up for them on the TourRadar Payments platform (powered by Hyperwallet). Once you have made your first booking, you will be prompted via 2 emails to set up your TourRadar Wallet. Hyperwallet is a global payment platform that allows TourRadar to streamline the payout process by providing our partners with fast, self-serve access to their payments. 
  • When will my commission be paid?

    Your commission will appear in your TourRadar Wallet 15 days after your client's departure. From your TourRadar Wallet, you can release your commission funds at any time. For more information on releasing funds from your TourRadar Wallet, visit this article HERE.
  • Can I split the payment between my client and the other travelers on their trip?

    Yes! Any confirmed booking with 2 or more travelers can split the payments between all travelers. The initial payment (the deposit) will still need to be paid by the lead traveler's card. Following payment for the deposit, you can then split or enter the amount you would like each traveler to pay to complete the rest of the payment for the trip. To learn more about setting up your payout details, click HERE.
  • Can I book a customized trip for my client?

    Yes, absolutely. You can do this by choosing the "Personalized" adventure type. Please visit this page for more information.
