It was incredible to see places in real life I had previously only seen on TV. The hotels were generally good though the rooms could be very hot! Each room should be equipped with a fan, or preferably, air conditioning. Overall, we were VERY happy with our Expat Explore Europe Taster trip. Expat Explore does not offer pre-tour accommodation, so if you plan to arrive in London days before the tour starts, you will need to arrange this independently.

If you prefer a transfer service, you can easily book through Welcome Pickups, a user-friendly platform with competitive prices. For Visa, it would depend on which country is your passport issued from. You may choose to check online if your Passport Issuing Country is required to have a Visa before you can enter the UK and the Schengen (EU) Region.

I would like to share that for our tours, the accommodations will be in a Twin Share Room (2 People each room) and for Solo Travelers or an odd numbered group, they will be roomed with another traveler of the same gender or can get a Single Room Upgrade for an extra cost. However, please note that minors cannot room with another minor from their group, and also cannot be paired with an adult from the tour group. In essence ,for groups that has minors, the total number of adults within the same group should match the number of Minors.
