There was too much "free time" and too little guidance as to what to do with it. I loved the Spanish trains, but wrangling 16 people onto them and other public transportation was crazy and once almost ended in disaster. Although this tour was dubbed "Moorish Andalusia," and this is why we took it, there was not much sense of putting the whole thing together historically. The tour director was nice and tried to help when possible but sometimes she didn’t understand our needs. The size of the group was just right, and fortunately, everyone was very friendly. I was one of the oldest in the group, so in the heatwave weather, sometimes found it hard to keep up. Siri did her best to wrangle our group and gave us good information about the region as we traveled. But it was hard for her to do that efficiently since we weren't always seated together in transit. It could have cut down on time once we arrived to each city to already have that information. The rooms will be non-smoking, as well as the transport. The cost for a single room for the 13th October 2024 is $2880, but please note will need to request this as we have currently sold out of single rooms. We are able to assist with flights however it may be cheaper to book these yourself. The maximum group size is 16 and there are currently 15 people booked on to this date. The weather in Spain in October 15–23°C (59–73°F) with low rain fall.

Traveler•Written June 2024I'd really like to do this tour, appreciate itinerary, but am hesitant re the reviews of a few hotels, especially as I am a light sleeper. Reviews of Alcazar Seville (very noisy re location, lost luggage with no assistance or concern, Hotel Polo, bare minimum, seem the worst. And before I booked with this tour & airline, I'd need to b certain that a room for one is available, & not facing a busy street or elevator shaft. Is this tour mostly couples?
