    Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour. However, we do have add-ons available for our tours, which includes airport transfers, should you want to purchase that.

    Unfortunately not. We're a youth brand designed for 18-39 year olds. We do allow exceptions up to 45 year olds, but unfortunately you're beyond this.

  Do i need to book my own tickets for both ways? What if my flight doesn't arrive on the given pick up time? What is the departure airport location? What about the visa?

    We don't include flights as part of our tour, so this would need to be done on your end. We normally recommend guests arrive a day in advance, but if you intend to land on the day of the tour beginning, this shouldn't be an issue. On day one of the itinerary, activities won't commence until the evening time, so there's plenty of time to arrive. We'll also need your flight details, so we can track and see if your flight is delayed.
    
    Departure airport is the same of arrival. Your tour guide can assist you with getting back to the airport at the end of the trip.
    
    As for visa requirements, it's entirely dependent on what country you're from and what agreement your country has in place with Indonesia.

    Is it possible to get picked up or do I need to arrange one myself?
    And also, I know there are services that provides money exchange but heard it's less compared to local service provider.
    Does someone assist to do outside airport?

    Airport Pickup: Don't worry at all about your early flight! We can arrange your pickup at any time of the day or night. Our drivers are used to early arrivals, so as long as we have your flight details, someone will be there waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a "TruTravels" sign. Money Exchange: Bali itself has reputable local service providers like Butler Money Change. These local spots usually offer much better rates and, importantly, no admin fees, so you get more for your money.

  Is it possible to depart from the same airport that I arrive at? Which day should I choose for my return flight, and is there a recommended time to leave? For the arrival day, can I arrive at any time of the day?

    You can arrive at any time on the first day of the tour. We provide an airport pickup from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar on the first day of the tour with addition cost. The tour ends in Gili Trawangan. While there is no airport on Gili T, most travelers head back to Bali to fly out of Denpasar (DPS), which is the same airport you arrive at. The tour ends on Day 10. Since you will need to take a fast boat from Gili Trawangan back to the main island of Bali (which takes several hours), we always encourage travelers to book their return flight for the following day. This ensures you have plenty of time for the journey back and avoids any stress with boat schedules. If you decide to stay an extra night in Bali after the tour to make your departure easier, we can certainly help you book some post-tour accommodation!

  Standard 4* star hotels are preferred with pool and bar facility. We wish to have a private car for the entire trip and appreciate if you could provide the details. Please include Temple visits as well and provide a detailed itinerary with total cost and mode of payment.

    Unfortunately the age range for all our travellers on our trips is 18-45 years old. Therefore, we can't take a booking with children I'm afraid.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to book those over the age of 45 onto our tours, due to our Upper Age Limit in place. On average, the age of those that book on are between 18 - 35 years old. The tours are also of a more backpacker, basic style, which is most attractive solo travellers between the ages mentioned above.

    All of our rooms on this tour are twin share rooms. If you decide not to upgrade to your own room, you'll be paired with someone of the same sex and share a room with them.

    We have had to put this in place due to past customer feedback and to keep our traveller a similar age so they get the experience they signed up for. Unfortunately this limit is super strict and the system will no longer allow anyone over 45 to book onto our trips.

  Will the trip start from Bali and end in Gili Trawangan Island? How will I get back to Bali to get back to my country?

    The trip begins in Canggu and will end in Gili Trawangan. If you have booked an airport transfer we will pick you up from Denpasar Airport. You will need to travel back to Denpasar International Airport (DPS). We recommend the earliest you can fly is around 7pm from Denpasar to allow for your journey back from Gili Trawangan due to traffic. The Ferry from Gili Trawangan starts at 9am and takes around 3 hours depending on conditions to Padang Bai, where you can then grab a taxi from the port to the airport.
