The hotels were excellent. So with the meals. The tour director was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable with his job. Except that our bus broke down on our way to Mount Hood in Oregon and left us waiting for 3 hours till it was fixed. Though each tourist was compensated with 15 USD for the lost hours. Nonetheless, it was good restful tour recommendable for family bonding.

As regular travellers but first time organised tour participants our expectations were surpassed on this wonderful tour. All aspects of the tour delighted us and definitely satisfied our needs. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned with options catering for a range of interests and two night stops well spaced. All hotels were of excellent standard, with a variety of styles, which was appreciated, and well situated for access to tourist centres. The travelling days are memorable primarily because of Ben, our guide, and Linda our incredible driver (along with her immaculate "baby", our coach). It is hard to believe this was their first tour together. The team work and co operation was seamless and contributed to a wonderfully caring, stress free atmosphere on board. Ben Hutchinson is a highly accomplished tour guide with impeccable knowledge of this spectacular part of the world and its history. He displays an infectious passion for his country and meticulous attention to detail, whereby enhancing the guests' experience. All this he delivers in a warm, light hearted appealing manner. It would be lovely to think we would be lucky enough to have Ben as our guide if we are ever fortunately enough to return to beautiful Canada.

Ben was an absolute magnificent tour guide. I was totally impressed with the breadth of knowledge on virtually all subjects. At first I thought his enthusiasm was put-on, but it was not. He truly loves Canada and everything about it, everything is better in Canada. I am glad someone feels great about their province and country. His wit and knowledge made the trip to British Columbia and Alberta worthwhile. We have signed up for a tour of eastern Canada and would like for him to be our guide again. YES! he was THAT good
