Very, very disappointing. The service during the sale was very good and I had high expectations, but the tour itself was ill thought out and the itinerary at least a year out of date and no one had bothered to check on it. I know it was out of date for two reasons: 1) it said we would taste cricket spring rolls at a cricket farm, but when we arrived they said they grew them only for fishing but their was a faded sign on the gate with a cricket spring roll. 2) Much more damning was the cruise in Halong Bay. Our itinerary stated that we would visit 3 peaches beaches (and itinerary that I had, at their advice, printed out the week before travel in case there were any changed) but the government had not been allowing them to do that itinerary since 2016! Really poor itinerary and poor service. The second guide of three was great, but the first one couldn't have cared less and sent us on our way with the wrong information about when our train would arrive in Denang.
