- CCChanice· September 1st, 2024Really enjoyed the tour and compliments to Nedas as he was very informative about the information given about Rome and its history, and being very helpfull about navigating around Rome and such. Giovanni is an absolute sweetheart and really took good care of us during the second part of the trip. If i'm honest i'd rate the tour okay/good (not excellent) as a big part of the tour you're left with free time and figuring out a lot on your own, which i didnt thought the tour was given the itinerary (i prefer tours with a lot of activities as options or arranged already). Nevertheless had a good time.Show moreTrip date: August 2024
- EFElliot· August 11th, 2024This is a great way to explore Italy without too much stress. Tour guides are very knowledgeable and interesting and clearly care a lot about your experience, they made sure we felt safe and went above and beyond in having fun on the tour, outside of what was planned in the tour. The groups are small generally, which gives you a good opportunity to make fast friends. Generally attracts a younger crowd as there can be a lot of walking, but efforts are made to accommodate you.Show moreTrip date: August 2024

- Hindusha· October 11th, 2023Best decision if you're travelling alone and open to meeting new people. Our tour guide, Giovanni was the best - you can tell he enjoys what he's doing. He was really helpful and inclusive. The Amalfi coast, Sorrento, and Capri was the best part. Opted for the extra package with the Capri chairlift and Sorrento dinner which is so worth it.Show moreItaly on a Budget Tours commented on this reviewThank you for such kind words. Asked on April 30th, 2025I have a group of 4-6 people who would be interested in participating in this tour July 12-18. I see online that it is sold out, is there any way to organize an additional tour for our preferred dates?
- Italy on a Budget ToursOperator•Written April 2025
Sure, we can definitely organise a private tour for your group. Are you happy with this itinerary, inclusions & accommodation?

Traveler•Written May 2025The itinerary looks good. What would be an estimated price for different accommodations in 3 star or higher hotels?

Allison
Traveler•Written May 2025What would be the cost to include hotels for a group of 4?
- Italy on a Budget ToursOperator•Written May 2025
The same tour and itinerary for a group of 4 people, based in hotels, would be €4650 per person. This would be a fully private experience, meaning you'd have your own vehicle except for Capri day trip, and dedicated tour leader throughout the journey. If you're looking for something more budget-friendly — still private for your group — we can certainly offer a self-guided version of the itinerary. In this case, we would: Maintain the same inclusions (hotels, transfers, key experiences), Book shared day tours with our trusted partners, Customize the itinerary for you to explore at your own pace, Offer remote assistance from our team throughout the trip. This option allows you more flexibility and helps reduce costs by at least 20% by excluding the dedicated tour leader.
