It's INTENSE but also an amazing adventure. Make sure you drink a ton of water and maybe even take altitude medication to avoid altitude sickness.     Intense challenge. Enjoyed achieving. Fun group and Richard our guide was great considering a few difficulties that arose with illness in the group etc.
