From our first contact with our GeTS representative, Catherine Wang, to the very last day of our trip, GeTS was excellent-knowledgeable, prompt, responsive to our every need and desire. As we planned our trip, working with Vijeta was a wonder. From half a world away, she answered our emails, often within an hour or so of sending them. There was no confusion in any of our communications. A GeTS Holidays rep met us at each junction, coming and going, making sure we were picked up from airports, or checked into flights, or comfortably situated in the hotel. Every guide was enthusiastic and professional. Every driver was prompt and helpful. I agree that their motto "You are never alone with GeTS" is perfect for them.
