I previously contacted Wingbuddy regarding your misrepresentation of the final itinerary which included the wrong hotel, excursion and transportation. It took you a month to respond and insult my intelligence by trying to reel me into making the mistake of booking with your company again. Your customer service is as poor as it gets. Your misrepresentation of the itinerary was illegal and can be proven since it’s in writing and your own partner Caranni Tours was in disbelief when one of the travelers in our group showed them the itinerary stating we were going to Ana Capri Such disbelief that they took the time to contact their home office woh contacted Wingbuddy the same day. My next email Is to Caranni, then the BBB and finally to Travelzoo as they should be aware of the scam that is Wingbuddy.Show more

The last day was a solo day and I think that was not fair base on the high cost of this package. Some people got lost or arrive at the hotel really late. We have to go everywhere by ourselves. Was a good idea to at least have a small bus to pick us up. The lost phone number that they gave us for that day does not work. I contacted them and only 2 replies in 2 hours and was only to ask silly questions. Like "you find the tour guide"? If I found it I will not been contacting you. They plus was the driver and the tour guide. They was just amazing. Really helpful, kind and fun people. But need to make improvements in this tour. Specially if you want to charge that much for us to guide ourselves with no actual real food on the big meals. ThanksShow more

Due to health and mobility issues, we did not see or do tthe tours on this tour. Nonetheless we did enjoy what we were able to see and do on our own. Our tour guide was understanding of our special needs and did keep us advised wwhen and where to be ready to get back on thw bus. Each hotel room had its unique problems which we endured and gave us something to remember from the tour. Our bus driver drove safely to each destination and was there to help us on and off the bus.Show more

Disappointing that we didn't have a Tour Leader for the full time of our tour. We were left to find our own way on Saturday, August 31, 2024 even though the tour was supposed to have a Leader Provided. Was there any justification as to why we did not have a Tour Leader on the last tour day of our paid tour? Why were we left to find our own way from the St. Peter's Bascilica to the Arch of the Constantine at OUR expense when we paid for a Tour Leader to coordinate and provide transportation. Also, We had to find/pay our way back to the hotel after the Arch of the Constantine tour vs. have tranpsportation provided as part of the tour package. If I wanted to fend for myself on the tour I would not have purchased a tour package w/a Tour Leader in the first place. It defeats the reason why we purchased a tour package. We didn't want to have to deal with these logistics and expenses one at a time. Why did they try to get us to accept a sack lunch on the first day of the tour at the B&B Hotel vs. eat at the buffet? Breakfast was to be provided at the hotel, but the hotel didn't offer the buffet until 0700 hours and we were given THREE different times for our pickup by our driver for that first morning (0700, 0715, 0730 hours). That is POOR communication/organization on the tour company's part. Disappointing that the extra cost/optional tour to Piza (100 euros for two people) did not even include access inside of the Tower of Pisa (really?). Tour Leader gave a lot of information verbally that was not easy to grasp or comprehend and way too much information to try to remember the details when it came to logistics for directions and timing, etc. of events.Show more

When I asked for my money back, I got excuse after excuse, until “Tyler” told me the only way I could get my money back was to pay a cancellation fee of $1,090..
