This tour went beyond any expectations and all our team on the boat was definite about that! Our CEO, Justin, did a great job entertaining us every minute of the trip and the activities were so diverse that it feels more like a month of travelling rather then one week. A perfect balance of relaxing on the beaches, snorkelling, partying, kayaking... All was amazing! We were only 8 people on the trip and it felt like a family holiday. Carlito, our cook, also did a great job of providing the best meals daily. Also to mention is the pro-active responsible approach of GAdventures, which were beach cleaning and supporting turtle sanctuary on this trip. It is great to know that you're not only travelling for pleasure, but can be a part of some good deeds on the way.

    2.0 - Rather poor

Terrible, terrible experience- heaven on topdeck but hell bottom deck. 1. The toilet system on board did not function properly. Human waste from around the boat resurfaced in our cabin toilet which had to be pumped away on a regular basis. This backlog of waste created a foul smell within our cabin which was so unbearable I had to sleep outside the cabin on several nights. The toilet was also not treated before being released into the sea and during a snorkelling trip the human waste was noticed in the water. 2. The 'sailing' tour was not advertised correctly. There's was only 6 days out of the advertised 8 days which had sailing. Of the 6 days, there was only 2 days on the boat where the sail was used. For 4 days, the motorised engine was used which meant gasoline fumes and no sailing experience. 3. On a more serious matter, a full safety briefing was not provided to clients by any member of staff onboard. There was no mention of what to do onboard should someone fall overboard whilst the boat was moving in open water. 4. Although the cabins we're relatively clean, the bathrooms were very unhygienic. The smell of urine was intoxicating and no soap was provided onboard. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned before previous clients. 5. There's was a lack of shade onboard. For the number of people onboard, there should be indoor space available to group members. Several people onboard suffered quite severe sunburn. 6. The staff onboard were witnessed helping themselves to our drinks (bottle of rum) when we left the boat. Another group member witnessed staff stealing cigarettes from a client onboard. This is completely unacceptable and detracted from the whole experience. 7. The bar bills at the end of the week for the majority of group members were incorrect. Although we paid the final sum without dispute, it was a negative experience to end the week. I think it's only fair that any future paying customer has a clear idea what this tour is about.

Can you help us with our visas if needed?

Unfortunately we are unable to give visa advice due to the vast number of nationalities which our customers represent. Some nationalities can travel freely over borders, where others require advance permission to enter. There are also changes in requirements from time to time. We recommend checking your local embassy or consulate's website for the latest up to date information.

What are people saying about TourRadar?

    • James12th May 2018
I was able to sort through the various trips until I found a couple I wanted to take. After I booked I misjudged the travel time between when one tour ended and when I had to get to the next one (I didn't realize there were no evening flights where I was). TourRadar was great in connecting me with the tour operator and they were in turn great with helping me change the itinerary so I could do both trips without any extra hassle.
