    2.0 - Rather poor

I would never recommend this tour to anyone. It is poorly described on the website and even further lacking in information once you reach your hiking and accomodation. This is a tour for EXPERIENCED hikers. The Kerry Way itself has poor signage all through out and the information provided by this company was extremely poor and lacking relevant information. The maps given dated back to 2010. Much has changed since then. Accomodation was great but for the cost of the trip, did not make sense overall. The luggage transfers were often done but the owners of the bnb's anyhow so I'm not too sure why you pay for luggage transfers. If you would like to do the Kerry Way, you should complete it on your own. That way you are not stuck on a time schedule and you can chose to break longer in a town if you need a rest day.

    • What time does the tour start?

The tour starts whatever time you desire the day after arriving.

    • I will be arriving in Dublin and catch a bus to arrive in town at around 5:00pm. Would I still be able to join this tour?

Normally people arrive approx. 6/7pm but if you're only arriving into Dublin I doubt you could make it to Glenbeigh as the last local bus to Glenbeigh is at 3.30pm. Check out for timetable.

Luggage is transferred each day, you just leave with host and voila will be waiting for you at the next accommodation.

I was able to review many different tours, prices and length at one site which saved me a lot of time in researching my options of which tour to pick. The filters helped to narrow the search.
