- Can we pre-purchase tickets for the optional excursions prior to departure?
The optional excursions will be presented by your tour guide when you join the tour and you will have the chance to purchase optional excursions on the first day of the tour. There are no pre-purchase tickets for this tour.
- When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day so you can arrive at any time before your evening welcome dinner. The group will converge at the starting point hotel, the specific details of which will be detailed in your final tour documents, released a few weeks prior to departure. In the past this tour has started at the Hotel Regent in Rome, however, please be aware that this is subject to change.
- Do you offer customized tours?
TourRadar is a marketplace for tour operators to list their multi-day, set-departure group tours, so, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide you with a customised tour.
- Can you assist with booking additional accommodation?
Unfortunately, Expat Explore can not book your pre/post accommodation for this tour but you are more than welcome to book directly with the hotel yourself
- Is it possible to end my trip earlier than scheduled?
Yes, you can certainly jump off the tour at any point if you wish, but this tour is fixed-dated, any deviation would be at your own cost, and the tour company does not amend the cost of a booking on this basis.
- Do all accommodation have a private bathroom?
Yes, the accommodations are based on double occupancy and will include an ensuite bathroom.
- Is there a hotel list available?
Unfortunately, Expat Explore does not release the exact list of hotels that will be used on tour until 5 days prior to the departure. The accommodation on this tour will be 3-star hotels and is based on twin-share.
