  It was a wonderful, in the true meaning of the word, holiday experience. We came back to "mundane" Brisbane energised and revitalised. The tour organiser was superb, the hotel/ airport pick-ups were spot on and the drivers were all helpful and friendly, and we felt in safe hands. The various hotels were in good locations and far better than any anonymous 5 star hotel because they were authentic "Asian".   This is not a traditional tour in the sense that you have a tour guide with you the whole time and then use local guides. This is essentially and series of tours set up by an intermediary. Transfers are often just "Grab" taxies and your aren't travelling with the same group on all tours even if you're doing the same thing on the same day. We opted for the 3* tour and were disappointed in a few of the hotels although a couple were decent. Service at them were always good but locations were questionable. A couple of the days tours the English was almost non-existent and we gained no knowledge of the site we were at or the history of the area but again a couple of the guides were good. One of the biggest disappointments was the "Free Day", It is in fact not a free day at all, It is a transfer day between Hoi An and Da Nang, so you have to check out at noon and do a two hour transfer and then check in to another hotel a 3 hour process in the middle of the day. Ourselves and several others in the tour were very disappointed as we had all planned that as our shopping day. It might seem trivial but it was very upsetting to some of the guests on the tour. Also the boats in Ha Long bay we were all separated over 4 different boats, part of the fun of tours is the bond you build with the people you meet and experience the journey with. When there was an issue contacting the organizer over Whatsapp was seamless and the response time was fast, there were a few close calls with flight times and some long waits at airports for transfers and confusion about where we were going but it all got sorted. As a former Travel Consultant/Agent I would not recommend this trip for most people particularly single female travelers as the benefit of travelling in a group isn't there. However if you are independent, not overly social and just looking for a series of tours strung together for you without doing the leg work then this will work. I would recommend doing the 4 star hotels and for the overall cost is tough to beat.Show more

As stated on our TourRadar listing, our tours operate with local English-speaking guides, and while it is a group tour, the participants are still independent travelers who may join at different starting times or choose different hotel options. Because of this, we always do our best to group guests together and arrange the same accommodations, but at times this can be challenging if hotels reach capacity or if travelers book at different times. Regarding your concerns about not having a guide throughout the entire trip and being split on different cruises, we understand how this may have impacted your experience. While our model uses local guides in each destination rather than one guide for the entire journey, we will continue to communicate this as clearly as possible to avoid misunderstanding. We also take note of your comments about the guide quality and the transfer to Da Nang. These points are very valuable to us. We will be increasing training for our local guides to ensure a more consistent service standard. Additionally, based on guest feedback—including yours—we have decided to remove the Da Nang portion from our 2026 program. Thank you again for your input.   The tour overall is very good value but rather than sticking with the same tour group and tour guide for the entire duration, you get different guides for each portion. Sometimes the group may be split up. Organisation was sometimes messy but each day, the next day's pickup plans would be communicated over Whatsapp to you.Show more

  I recently returned from an amazing trip to Vietnam, and I couldn’t be more impressed with how well everything was organized from start to finish. As a solo female traveler, I was a little nervous at first, but the trip was so well coordinated that I always felt safe and supported. Along the way, I met two other travelers who made the experience even more enjoyable — it was great to share the journey and explore together. Navigating large, busy cities on my own would have been challenging (especially with the wonderfully chaotic traffic!), but the team made it smooth and stress-free. Every transfer, hotel, and excursion ran on schedule, and the communication throughout was excellent. Each local guide was phenomenal knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their country. They provided fascinating context everywhere we went and made every stop meaningful, from historic landmarks to hidden local gems. Overall, this was a five-star experience that exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this trip and team to anyone, especially solo travelers who want to experience Vietnam safely, comfortably, and in great company. I would go back again to explore different cities.Show more

  We booked this tour with 4-star option hotels and it was amazing. Tyler, the travel consultant, was very helpful form the first contact (before booking for information) till the time we went to airport in order to leave. In every region we have a different guide, who was specialized in there, and all of them were more than willing to share us trivia. The cruise in Halong bay was the highlight of the tour. The crew was exceptional, as well as the boat. All hotels were clean, in good location and offered traditional Vietnamese breakfast. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable!!Show more
