- On average how long is each trek?
The time spent hiking each day ranges- it can be as short as 1 or 2 hours, with the longest hike being approximately 6 hours.
- Can I have a little information about the activities done on this tour?
This is a very active and demanding tour, made for outdoor types. Some steep hikes and other strenuous activities are included, and during rainy season (May- November) you may have to walk through slippery mud. However, it sounds like an incredible adventure, and should definitely be accessible to most healthy travellers.
- What is the maximum size of the group?
The maximum group size for this tour is 16 passengers.
- Do treks include porters or is everyone expected to carry their packs.
The treks are done as day trips on this itinerary and do not make up how you get from one destination to the next. You must be able to carry your luggage to our accommodations and should be prepared to load it on and off of transportation, as porters are usually not on hand.
- I am not a strong swimmer, is it still suitable?
As this tour is demanding and high-activity, you just need to be able-bodied and fit enough. As long as you are comfortable with swimming, you should be alright. Again, it is completely up to your own comfort level.
- Where can I find more detailed information about this tour?
