Barcelona - Girona
Start with a morning city tour of Barcelona covering Gaudí's modernist architecture, the Ramblas, and the city's history hosting the Universal Exposition and Olympics. Later, you'll head north into Catalonia and take a walking tour through Girona's historic center, where you'll see colorful houses, the old Jewish quarter, and the cathedral.

- Day 3
Girona - Arles - Chambéry
You'll travel through Provence into France, stopping in Arles, a UNESCO World Heritage city with strong connections to Van Gogh. Spend time checking out the Roman theater and Romanesque churches. After that, head to Carrières des Lumières, an underground art exhibition set in an ancient quarry with images and sound. The day wraps up in Chambéry, a medieval city with a historic center and large castle.

Then explore the walled village of Gruyères, known for cheese, and visit the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory for a tasting. You'll continue to Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva, arriving in Leysin by mid-afternoon with views of the Rhône Valley and Mont Blanc.

Grab lunch in Interlaken, then travel to Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most beautiful cities. By evening you'll reach Zurich with time to check out the center before the hotel.

Zurich - Bellinzona - Como - Milan
Leave Zurich early, crossing the Alps to reach the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland. Your first stop is Bellinzona with its three UNESCO World Heritage medieval castles on hills overlooking the city, and you'll have free time to wander around. Later, you'll enter Italy and stop in Como for lunch, a Lombardy gem with beautiful lakeside gardens and a spectacular cathedral. From there, continue to Milan where your guide takes you to Piazza del Duomo before heading to the hotel.
