The adventure is relatively good overall. Our tour guide,Julia V. Is an excellent individual who possess the qualities of caring,assisting the tourists on their needs and various inquiries.She goes an extra mile in performing her job as well as making everyone comfortable during the tour. She is definitely an asset of Europamundo. On the other hand,the time allotment on tourists spot and stops,are very limited. One typical situation is our stop at Monserrat. We reached the spot at around 8:00 pm already due to other previous visits on that day. It could bad been better if one stop was eliminated. We were at Monserrat during nightime already. The place is a beautiful place to be during daytime. We were not able to appreciace a site like it.Hopefully,,some scheduling changes must be done for the benefits of the tour participants.Show more

We were happy with the guides, bus, hotels for what we paid. Very busy, time management could have been better....
We were happy with the guides, bus, hotels for what we paid. Very busy, time management could have been better. Longer at real sights and less where there is little interest. Communication could be better, when told we leave in 15 minutes and they depart in 2 without telling us? My biggest issue was a group of iranian people whom were told of departure times and just did their own times, often we spent 30 minutes waiting on the bus. Nice people and happy, but not good enough. The message was lost in translation. The other was a baby, about 18 months old, why you would allow this? Poor baby, inappropriate to bring on a tour like this. Baby would cry at times when we are concentrating on important tour info and times. Also the smell at change time. I would recommend anyone for this tour only if sub groups were properly informed of the importance of punctuality and definatly no babyShow more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
