  The trip wasn't off to a great start as despite having arranged for a pick up when I arrived, nobody came. I waited for 40 minutes before getting a taxi to the hotel, it would be great if the company offered to pay the fare. I tried every contact number given but there was noone available to speak to me about this.Show more

  My English speaking guide Javier was excellent with his history facts and extreme kindness. I loved the way he always looked after our small group and kept an interest in our adventures in free time. Our driver was also extremely careful.   Drivers: Ahmed from Airport to hotel transfer was friendly and patient. He did not receive flight, passport control and baggage delayed information emailed and Whatsapp text to Europamundo. Valdas tour driver needs to smile and be friendly. Tour leaders and Local Guides: Lorenzo is Overall an excellent tour leader. Informative and caring leader to people's needs. Andre is great, friendly and informative. Luna in Copenhagen and Mia in Stockholm are local guides. They should include in their routes toilet stop badly needed. Not friendly nor caring. Gabriella in Stockholm is an excellent guide. Very informative and cares to help. Irene in Tallin even in a bad weather was great. Hotels Feedback: The usual complaints at your partners. Floors in room and toilet are dirty, need daily mopping and vacuum even under bed. Dirty toilet, bath tub n lavatory, need daily scrubbing. Sticky door knobs, furnitures and remote control, need daily cleaning and sanitizing. Window curtains dusty, need weekly washing. Hotels who cater to foreigners should offer a free English channel daily. Sad not to care about paying travelers. Lifts are good. Better hotel locations near market but again no washer/dryer in the property.Show more

  Overall the tour was well organised and covered most of the countries I wanted to see in Scandinavia. A good general overview with guide commentary (Jose and Rocea plus local guides in Stockholm and Tallinn) in two or three languages catering for most of the participants which worked well. However there was one suggestion I would make. On our arrival in Helsinki, we were told we could not check into our hotel until 3pm. The tour group were thus taken to Soumilina Island. The island stop was 4 hours which for me was way too long and took me away from being able to see more of Helsinki. I would suggest 2 hours is sufficient time and then the group taken to hotel for more free time to be spent in Helsinki.Show more
