  Alessia was the best guide we could have asked for. She was kind, organised, efficient, fun, knowledgable, and welcoming. I would directly accredit her as one of the main reasons all the girls connected so quickly and she created such a supportive and fun environment right from the first night. Alessia never failed to provide a good recommendation in whichever place we were and was always around to have a great conversation with. I had a bad experience with some men while on a free night in Rome with some of the girls and Alessia was so comforting when I told her and made me feel very safe and supported. I could not fault Alessia on a single thing and would love her as my tour guide again!

  Alessia was amazing, she was so fun and was more of a friend to the group than a tour guide - I am so happy we had her and she made the trip. I think the trip would’ve been very different and not as good with anyone else. I felt safe with her, as an anxious person with a nut allergy travel is usually a daunting experience and I can feel uncomfortable or nervous very quickly; I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage in Italy, knowing a lot of nuts are used in their cuisine. Alessia made me feel so comfortable and always mentioned my allergy to the restaurants, I didn’t need to remind her - she always had it at the forefront. I never missed out on any of the food in the Naples food tour as her and Daniela made sure that there was something suitable for me. Daniela was also so amazing. Alessia understood the dangers of cross contamination which I really felt at ease with as a lot of people who may appreciate the difficulties of allergies, don’t understand how important avoiding cross contamination is. I couldn’t say anything bad about Alessia, she was always there when I needed her and replied to all my messages so quickly. Having her and her personality with us really made the trip really memorable.

  Our guide, Alessia, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and welcoming, really getting to know everyone on the trip and created a fun atmosphere while making sure everyone knew exactly what we were doing and when we needed to be there! Her restaurant recommendations were particularly good - everywhere she recommended was delicious! My trip highlights were the Rome walking tour, Naples food tour, Pompeii, the hike and the stair lift at Capri. While that is a lot, the itinerary on this trip was fantastic. We fit in plenty of great activities while still having enough time to relax and explore for ourselves. Thanks for an amazing trip!

  The trip was amazing and I 100 percent would do another trip with Alessia again! She was so helpful and organised giving us recommendations and advice on things to do whilst on the trip which was really useful as someone who had never visited Italy before. She also knew lots about the history of the places we went to see which was brilliant and helped me to appreciate the things we did even more. I loved all the activities we did, it was a really nice mix of all different things which made the trip really fun. Whilst also being very professional, Alessia was a friend to all of us, her kindness and support made me feel immediately at ease as someone who felt quite nervous about the trip to start with. She was a lovely person to be around and her bubbly personality made the trip really fun and memorable. It wouldn’t have been the same without her.

  Alessia was a great tour leader who became a lovely friend. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. She went the extra mile with making sure she got to know everyone on the trip. She kindly gave us all recommendations of places to go and food to eat during our free time which all had great options for all dietary requirements. I would love to see Alessia lead more tours and would love to book onto one of them in the future- she was brilliant and extremely kind and caring to us all.

  Alessia was the most kind, genuine person and I feel so lucky to have her as my tour guide. From before the trip started she was so supportive and quick to reply and answer any questions I had. During the tour she was so patient and supportive. She was extremely organised and made me feel so safe. She went above and beyond to send locations and support us with directions and recommendations to anywhere we wanted to visit in our spare time. She is so down to earth and supportive in anyway we needed her. As a first time solo traveller she made everything right. She was more like a friend and I feel so lucky to have Alessia as a tour guide. I would book another tour again in a heartbeat if I knew it was her that would be leading it!

  Alessia was the absolute best tour leader!!! I have no complaints about the way she guided us throughout the entire trip. She was a wealth of knowledge and always gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. She played along with our banter and was always up for a laugh. Her organisational skills were expectational, she always had us arriving on time and sent out the itinerary the night before so we were always prepared. She never let anyone standalone, she would always get everyone together and try to allow everyone to have the best time.

  Alessia was amazing! She was the best guide, she kept the fun coming with her bubbly personality and humour. Her recommendations for restaurants were always 10/10. She kept us on time and helped with travel in between places and if she wasn’t with us always made sure we got to our destinations only being a phone call or message away, truly the best guide and made the whole experience magical :)

  Alessia was the best guide I could have asked for. Her knowledge about all of the places, food and culture was exceptional. She was able to answer any question she was asked and was very helpful with providing guidance for transport. She provided sooo many recommendations for both activities, sights and food in all of the places we visited. All of her recommendations were amazing, particularly the sandwich shop and the castle in Naples. Alessia is an incredibly friendly guide. She is very easy to chat to and gets along with everyone. She includes everyone and makes sure to check in multiple times a day to see how we are going. It felt more like I was travelling with a friend than with a guide. I hope to do more tours with Alessia in the near future.
