- JBJulie· October 25th, 2024Very poor. Worst accomodation we have ever stayed in. Our cabin allocation was incorrect. I know cabins are not guaranteed but ours was a small cabin with 2 single beds head to head. Could not walk past each other in the cabin. We are not big people. One bed had the bedside table on the opposite wall away from the bed as there was no room by the bed. Could not see the tv from the second bed at all. Wardrobe door was broken. Lots of rubbish under the beds so cabin hadn’t been cleaned properly. Bathroom had a very strong odour that came into the bedroom. A strong fume odour. We had to fold a mat in 4 and cover the drain. Day 4 before it started to ease. No response from Kompas with these issues when our agent tried to address them. This cabin should not be charged at the same rate as a double (which is what we requested) as it is not big enough or comfortable.Show more
