First, there was an annoying creaking sound which they were only fix it once we had a rest stop. Second, after leaving Poblet, water started coming out of the AC. My family were the unlucky ones as the water came out where we were seated (3rd and 4th row on the right side of the diver). It was not just a water drip, it’s like a bucket of water poured on me as my pants were drenched. Our guide did not even check on how we are and just asked us to move at the back of the bus. Basillica tour left people in city center for 7 hours to wait for transfer. Mature tourists and other language tourists are not familiar with metro so own transport had to he arranged. Hotel Praga was bad. Waiting half an hour for an elecator at check out and bus left late.
