  The itinerary and the tour guides were great. The hotels were good value. The black mark on the trip was Europamundo got our arrival wrong and we were not met at the airport until about an hour after we arrived. Someone at europamundo found the error and hastily arranged a private contractor to take us to the hotel. There was no information or contact at the hotel until we phoned the emergency line and we were told that the bus was running late. These are small things that happen sometimes though and I would be happy to tour with europamundo in the future. Show more

  Great value for money. Hotel in Budapest excelent Hotel in Prague not that good One advise: share the mobile phone of the tour guide to ensure communication. We joined the tour in Budapest “next to Fortuna Boat” and the group was 15 minutes late. We stand there 15 minutes not knowing if somebody would show up.   The tour guide with our group Ms.Montse (From Europamundo) always makes excuses about her arrangement. One particular example was boat tour in Prague. She first noticed everyone time for boat cruise is 3:15pm, in a short notice when we were other venue, she changed to 2:15 pick up to boar cruise, t that still alright, shifting the cruise an hour earlier and finished an hour earlier going back to hotel. However after the boat cruise around 4pm, she made our group about 50 people standing on a road curb side under 29C or more waiting for tour bus picking us up back to hotel. She claimed it would be traffic problem but it wasn’t because evident showed that another tour group on boat cruise with us from the same company Europamundo left as soon as they finished boat cruise. Everyone time on tour bus to other venue it was always late at least 15 min. late from start not because of travellers passenger late and she did not apologized or giving any reasonable doubt. Her English is so so. To be a pro tour guide, I give her fail grade.Show more

In exceptional circumstances, such as breakdowns, traffic delays, or climatological problems, or during periods or situations that are extremely complicated, the order of visits or the visited points may also be adjusted. In most cases where such changes are foreseeable, the information will be provided in your voucher details.   I would recommend going with someone else especially if you're an English speaker. On this tour we had: -A tour that was essentially 2 days shorter than advertised as nothing happened on the first or last day -Our hotel transfer never arrive -No meet and greet or information on where to meet on the first day -Put on a bilingual bus instead of the english one (with the english portion being only half the length of the spanish description) -Threatened to be removed from the English bus and put on the billingual bus again the next day because they hadnt accounted for their volumes correctly. -Many long bus rides with few stops on tour busses that had toilets but the toilets were disabled for no reasonShow more

We made several attempts to contact you by phone to inform you about the transfer delay, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. We also sent you an email. We understand that communication while traveling can be challenging, so we approved a refund for your taxi fare, which the guide provided in cash. Please note that, according to your itinerary, "You will receive information about the start of the circuit during the afternoon, or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area." This means there's no formal meet and greet, and Europamundo has fulfilled the services as outlined in your itinerary. As per your itinerary, we provide informative sheets one day before your tour's start date. These sheets contain essential information about your assigned guide and the tour's start time. They are available on the information board at the reception. If passengers have trouble finding the sheets, they can contact our professional customer service team through our 24/7 hotline and WhatsApp numbers, provided on the passengers' vouchers. Regrettably, we haven't received any communication from you on our support lines to address your questions. Please be aware that, based on our terms and policies available on our website, all our overland routes, whether group or private, include English-speaking tour leaders and local guides, if specified. Due to our international scope, groups can be bilingual based on passenger numbers, usually in English and Spanish. This is facilitated by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single leader explaining in both languages. Our tour guides possess a minimum B2 English proficiency to express themselves fluently, share history, and engage with passengers. In accordance with our website's terms and conditions, not all our coaches have a WC. When provided, they might have limited access to avoid inconveniences. Regular stops at service areas are included. Regarding bus changes, guides sometimes rearrange assigned buses due to high occupancy, aiming to keep family members/friends together. They do so respectfully, requesting passengers' cooperation. Transparency is of utmost importance to us; therefore, we provide all information, including distances between points, activities, guided tours, and free time, on our detailed itineraries. These are available on our website and through your "My Trip" link. We're aware that you lost a watch, and our guide made efforts to assist you.   Hotels were very nice. Bus was okay. We were told to provide our own transportation from the hotel to the first tour stop, which was unexpected (and an extra cost) and one of the walking tours was much longer than I expected, leading to some physical discomfort.Show more

  This was a horrible experience. The miscommunication and delays made for an unpleasant experience. Day one, we waited 45 minutes for our transfer for the hotel. The information board did not have details of our trip the following day. I had to contact the tour agency to receive these details. The tour guide Toni was very bland in his presentation and not as knowledgeable as I liked. He smoked while walking, and I am a non-smoker. I did not appreciate this. I also didn't realize this was a bilingual tour. I thought it was all in English. The English and then Spanish translation broke the experience for me. I didn't like we really didn't have much of a bond with other tour group members. Didn't like the format of rotating groups of people. The only saving grace was the local tour guides from the city: Yuri from Budapest and Sylvia from Prague. They were kind, clear and knowledgeable within their areas. The hotels selections were decent as well. Overall, I didn't really enjoy this experience. I will most likely not use this tour group again.Show more

  Great value! Good, clean hotels. 1 was centrally located and 1 was a bit further from city central but the provided transport to and from. Had good tour guides who spoke good English and very knowledgeable and helpful. Can see how the further away hotel and if you don’t get the best tour guide for your language could be less great but overall would recommend. For accommodations, transport, 2 boat tours and 1 bus tour and 1 walking tour it was great!Show more
