Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Lake Nakuru
You'll land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where your driver-guide will be waiting for you. After a safari briefing to get oriented, you head straight to Lake Nakuru National Park for your first game drive. The park's known for its large rhino population, so you'll have good chances of spotting them along with flamingos and pelicans. Before wrapping up, you'll visit Lion Hill and check out Makalia Waterfalls.

- Day 2
Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara
Following breakfast, it's a drive over to Maasai Mara Game Reserve and you'll reach your hotel with time for lunch. The afternoon is reserved for a game drive where you'll search for the Big Five. If you're interested, there's an optional evening visit to a Maasai Cultural Village featuring traditional dancers and music, though this costs extra.

Maasai Mara
After breakfast you have flexibility with your game drive plan: either a full-day outing with picnic lunch or split sessions (morning and afternoon) with a lunch break in between. If you want something special, a hot air balloon ride is available with an early 5:30 AM pickup for a flight over the plains, then breakfast at the landing site.

- Day 4
Maasai Mara to Lake Naivasha
Today takes you to Lake Naivasha for a morning boat ride focused on bird watching. The captain provides detailed information about what you're seeing. You'll arrive back in time for lunch and can relax during the afternoon. Later at 4 PM, you head out for an evening boat ride to spot fish eagles, ospreys, and different heron species.

Lake Naivasha to Amboseli
After breakfast you drive to Amboseli National Park, which sits about 260 km from Nairobi close to the Tanzanian border. The main draw here is spotting large elephant herds with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop (when weather cooperates). You'll also see buffalo, impala, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests throughout the day.

Amboseli
Starting with breakfast, you can choose how to structure your day: either a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch or split it into morning and afternoon drives with lunch in between. Mount Kilimanjaro provides the backdrop throughout, rising above the clouds on clear days. There's an optional Maasai Cultural Village visit available for an extra fee if you're interested.

Amboseli to Nairobi
You'll have breakfast at the hotel before driving back toward Nairobi. If you want lunch at a city restaurant along the way, that can be arranged though it's at your own cost. From there you head to the airport with enough time before your flight home.
