Itinerary
- Day 1
Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales
You'll land at Punta Arenas airport by 3 pm, then head to the bus station for the public bus to Puerto Natales. This small town of about 20,000 people sits on the Ultima Esperanza Fjord and serves as the main jumping-off point for Torres del Paine National Park. The climate here is pretty harsh, so expect winds and cool temperatures even in summer.

- Day 2
Milodón Cave - Torres del Paine National Park
After breakfast, you're driving through the Patagonian pampas toward Torres del Paine National Park. Along the way, watch for guanacos, foxes, and rheas crossing the landscape. Stop at Milodón Cave to see the remains of a 12,000-year-old prehistoric giant sloth. By afternoon, you'll enter the park itself and see the iconic Cuernos del Paine peaks, plus turquoise lakes, forests, mountains, and glaciers all around you.

- Day 3
Puerto Natales
This day is yours to spend however you want in Torres del Paine National Park. You can do various hikes to spot native plants and animals, or walk through the Lenga forest along Lago Grey beach for views of the Paine massif and its glacial lake. In the afternoon, head back to Puerto Natales. The hiking here is solid if you want to get active, or you can take it easier if that's more your style.

Puerto Natales to Punta Arenas
In the morning, transfer to the bus station in Puerto Natales and take the public bus back to Punta Arenas airport. The tour ends when you arrive at the airport. Make sure you don't book a return flight before 12 noon, since the bus ride takes several hours and you need time to get there.
