    We paid for two people for an 8 day tour but only cycled for 5. Granted, one day it poured precluding us from cycling. But one day was spent doing nothing except an orientation, if you call it that, and one day waiting for transportation of the bikes and ourselves. Our Guide Nicholas assumed far too much about our knowledge of the navigation software and in fact did not instruct us to install Osmand into our phones and then load the route. He quickly did this for us in Zadar, but we had no idea how to use it and when we did it failed repeatedly. We lost our way and resorted to Google maps which pointed us to the shortest route, and not the scenic bike route. Nicholas admonished me for “ not doing my homework” Had I know I had to prepare then of course I would have done so with diligence. The bikes were great except they had no mirrors or water bottle holders, the former a must as most roads have no shoulder. At times we felt absolutely vulnerable which detracted from the joy of riding. The first hotel was fabulous, but the second was populated with drunk and noisy travellers. So no sleep for two out of the three nights. We felt our guide to be hands off and glib, and felt as though we paid a lot of money and received minimal support.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
