Hello Ross, Thank you very much for sharing this wonderful feedback. We are truly happy to hear that you had such a fantastic trip in Morocco. Sometimes when a group departure does not fill up, the tour becomes a private experience, which gives much more flexibility during the journey. We’re glad this made your trip even more enjoyable. It’s also great to hear that you enjoyed discovering the history, ancient sites, and the medinas. As you mentioned, walking inside a 1000-year-old medina is a very special experience that is hard to compare with anything else. We especially appreciate your kind words about Ayoub. We will absolutely share your message with him—he will be very proud to know how much you appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. Thank you again for traveling with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope to welcome you back to Morocco someday for another adventure. Warm regards, Hassan

Dear Chris, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the overall trip, and I truly appreciate your reflections on the itinerary. You’re absolutely right — Morocco is a vast and diverse country, and covering the key highlights in 7 days does mean a fair amount of time on the road. It’s always a balance between showing guests the richness of the country and not overwhelming the journey with too many stops. Your insights are very valuable, and we’ll certainly take them into consideration as we continue to fine-tune and improve our tours. If you ever decide to return, we’d be happy to create a slower-paced, more focused experience that gives you more time in fewer places. Thank you again for traveling with us. Warm regards, Hamid Morocco Tours

    Bianca

    Asked on February 11th, 2026

We are interested in the 7-day loop tour from Casablanca, however we would like to do a customized version where we skip the 2 days driving through the desert and instead spend more leisurely time at the other cities and sites.

    Tour Details
    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten February 2026

We would be delighted to customize the itinerary for you and create a more relaxed experience without the long desert driving days.

Day 1 – Arrival in Casablanca
Arrival at Casablanca airport, where your driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. If your arrival time allows, you may visit the Hassan II Mosque. Overnight in Casablanca.

Day 2 – Casablanca to Rabat
After breakfast, drive to Rabat (approximately 1 hour). Visit the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the Kasbah of the Udayas, and the Royal Palace (exterior). Overnight in Rabat.

Day 3 – Rabat to Chefchaouen
Departure towards Chefchaouen through the scenic Rif Mountains. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore the charming blue streets and relaxed atmosphere. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

      Day 4 – Chefchaouen
Free day in Chefchaouen to explore at your own pace. You may enjoy panoramic viewpoints, local cafés, light hiking, or simply relax and soak in the peaceful setting. Overnight in Chefchaouen.

Day 5 – Chefchaouen to Fes
Drive to Fes. After check-in, you will have free time to relax or explore nearby areas. Overnight in Fes.

Day 6 – Fes Guided City Tour
Full-day guided tour of Fes, including the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), a panoramic viewpoint over the medina, and a walking tour inside the UNESCO-listed old medina with Al Quaraouiyine University and the traditional tanneries. Overnight in Fes.

Day 7 – Fes to Casablanca
Transfer back to Casablanca for your departure flight.

      This itinerary offers:
      • 1 night in Rabat
      • 2 nights in Chefchaouen
      • 2 nights in Fes
      • 1 night in Casablanca

The driving distances are comfortable, allowing you and your family to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.

    • B

      Bianca

      TravelerWritten February 2026

Please let us know if you can arrange this, it covers less ground but allows us to take the ferry at the end. This is very abbreviated, of course we would love to stop and see, taste, and experience interesting things along the way according to your expertise:

Day 1: Fly into Casablanca, spend the night.
Day 2: See the Casablanca sights, head to Rabat, spend the night.
Day 3: See the Rabat sights, head to Fes, spend the night
Day 4: Full-day Fes tour as you said, spend the night in Fes
Day 5: Explore Volubilis and Meknes, spend the night in Chefchaouen
Day 6: All the sites of Chefchaouen, spend the night in Chefchaouen
Day 7: Drive towards Tangier Med port to get the ferry to Spain

This is not a loop but will allow us to see a little of Spain and Gibralter on our own which will be great.

    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten February 2026

Yes, we can absolutely arrange this proposed program, and I think it is a very well-balanced itinerary. It allows you to explore Morocco at a comfortable pace while finishing in Tangier Med to take the ferry to Spain — a great combination.

Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca – overnight in Casablanca
Day 2: Visit Casablanca highlights, then drive to Rabat – overnight in Rabat
Day 3: Explore Rabat, continue to Fes – overnight in Fes
Day 4: Full-day guided tour of Fes – overnight in Fes
Day 5: Visit Volubilis and Meknes, then continue to Chefchaouen – overnight in Chefchaouen
Day 6: Explore Chefchaouen at a relaxed pace – overnight in Chefchaouen
Day 7: Transfer to Tangier Med port for your ferry to Spain

This is not a loop, as you mentioned, but it is very logical geographically and reduces long driving days. Along the way, we will include authentic stops for local food, scenic viewpoints, historical sites, and cultural experiences according to your interests.

We want to visit desert, some nice places, try ride to camel, taste nice local foods, we don't want to spend lot of hours for transfer from place to place, so if we will visit only small part of Marocco it will be fine for us. Is my proposed itinerary reasonable?

how expensive will be this trip with you please?

    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten January 2026

Your plan is generally very good and well balanced, and yes, we can absolutely base your trip on this itinerary. You will be able to experience the desert, camel riding, beautiful historical places, and enjoy delicious local Moroccan food, while avoiding unnecessarily long daily transfers. To make the journey more comfortable and less tiring, we suggest a small adjustment at the beginning: Instead of going directly from Marrakech to Rabat on the arrival day, we recommend starting the tour from Marrakech and moving gradually north, then continuing south toward the desert and returning to Marrakech. This will reduce long driving hours and give you a more relaxed experience.

    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten January 2026

The total cost for this private tour is: USD 1,900 per person. This price includes: Private air-conditioned vehicle with an experienced English-speaking driver, Accommodation in carefully selected riads and hotels, 1 night in a desert camp in Merzouga (including camel ride at sunset), Guided visit in Fes/Marrakech/Volubilis/Ait Ben Haddou, Airport transfers, Breakfasts and 2 dinners (including desert camp). Flights, lunches, and personal expenses are not included.

Can we end the trip in Marrakech with no transfer back to Casablanca? How many in the group for the 10/19 tour? What type of vehicle do you generally use? Is the driver also the guide or do you have additional guides meet us in some locations? Will you pick us up at our hotel in Casablanca or do we meet you somewhere? We prefer a pickup.

    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten August 2025

Yes — you can end the trip in Marrakech instead of returning to Casablanca. There is no extra charge for this option. For the October 19, 2025 departure, the group will be small — usually around 6–12 travelers. We use modern, comfortable air-conditioned vehicles such as Toyota TX or Mercedes Sprinter for small groups. You will have an experienced English-speaking driver throughout the tour, and in some specific locations (like Marrakech, Fes, and Volubilis) you will be joined by local professional guides for in-depth sightseeing. Yes — we can pick you up directly from your hotel in Casablanca on the first morning of the tour.

We have already started this tour but our driver seems to have different to what we booked. We thought we were going to Meknes yesterday but didn't go there. The itinerary showed us staying a night in Boumalne Dades on 24 May, but the driver has said we are staying in Marrakech the last 2 nights. We are finding it disconcerting not knowing where we are going and when. Are you able to confirm the sites for the rest of the trip?

You will still be visiting Meknes - it is included in your itinerary, and we will make sure it is part of your journey as originally planned. Regarding the night in Boumalne Dades, this particular version of the tour does not include an overnight stay there. Instead, your itinerary includes two nights in Marrakech, which allows time for a guided city tour with a local expert on Day 6.

we are 4 adults that are after a 10 days private tour + accommodation that would include Casablanca, Marrakech, Fes, Mknes, Rabat, Chefchaouen, and only 1 night in Sahara (not interested in camel ride).

    • Morocco toursOperatorWritten May 2025

We'll be happy to organize a customized itinerary that includes Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Marrakech, and one night in the Sahara — without the camel ride, of course. We'll also take care of all your accommodations, private transportation, and a dedicated driver-guide throughout the journey.
