    We took a custom trip to Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. Everything went smoothly except for a bad driver in Tibet. The company was very attentive to our requests, so it was a great value for the price!

    • What immunizations will I need?

      No vaccinations are compulsory for travelling in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet, but we do recommend you are covered for diphtheria & TB, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, *malaria, typhoid, polio and tetanus.

      We also recommend:

      A dental check-up prior to travelling.
      That you know your blood group in case of emergency.
      If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which might affect you on tour, you make these known to your tour leader and Ace the Himalaya at the time of your booking.

    • What essential documents do I need?

      Here are some documents that you will need to carry with you:

      Valid Passport – must be valid for up to 6 months after you return from your tour, keep a separate photocopy.
      Travel insurance, keep a separate photocopy
      Cash and Traveller’s Cheques, keep numbers and proof of purchase separately
      Flight tickets
      Emergency contact numbers for T/C’s, banks, insurance, family contacts.

    Kathmandu is the starting point and Paro is the endpoint.
    Your money is safe with TourRadar, as we only pay the tour operator after your tour has departed.
    TourRadar only requires a deposit of 30% to confirm this Ace the Himalaya booking. The remaining balance is then payable 35 days prior to the departure date. For any tour departing before 24 March 2019 the full payment of $4,608 is necessary.
    Cancellation policy
    No additional cancellation fees! You can cancel the tour up to 35 days prior to the departure date and you will not need to pay the full amount of $4608 for Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan, but the deposit of 30% is non-refundable. If you cancel via TourRadar the standard cancellation policy applies.
    Some departure dates and prices may vary and Ace the Himalaya will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
